Nice Bad...Very nice size of room!!

I stay in there almost every week and have A LOT DRUNK PEOPLE and FIGHTS on rooms every single weekEND...TRUST EVERY SINGLE WEEKEND!!! The Hotel doesn't have any type of efficient Security Crew!! Some Guest are Disgusting

My breakfast there was yummy. The Hotel staff were very nice and the facility itself was very clean inside and out

Only thing that I disliked was the small miscommunication on not advising on booking.com about not being able to use certain cards to pay there at the facility such as venmo, cash app ect. You ARE able to pay online BUT if I place a room with a different card and try to pay there at the hotel with a venmo, cash etc of such cards that are not accepted, is when I then know about not being able to use them by paying in person due to the paper that is at the front desk.. Itd be great if you can add that on the online pages to book. Other than that I enjoyed my stay there and hope to stay again soon(:

I needed a place to sleep that is close to my job. Surestay Plus Hotel is very reasonable in price and five min from my job. My room was very clean. The motel is close to a freeway but I didn't notice any noise. They provided me with ear plugs in my room. I work at night and needed a quiet place to sleep before I go to work. There was I microwave and a mini refrigerator in my room. My heater worked well but was noisy. I did not fo to the free breakfastm. It was a pleasant stay & if needed I would definitely come back .

Reasonable prices.

Not only did the lobby look nice and clean, but I was excited to find out that the rooms looked even better. I appreciate the staff for up keeping my room during my stay, my kids can be a handful and it took stress off my shoulders. The housekeepers deserve so much recognition, you can tell they love what they do. The location wasn’t noisy, the beds were cozy. You walk out and have a nice view of the mountains and the morning mist. Breakfast was free and I looked forward to making myself a plate each morning. It’s a 15 minute walk from a beach nearby with beautiful views. A cute little town surrounded it with cafes and small shops. No complaints. I felt safe having my kids here. Not only that but this hotel had the best rates in the area, I’m happy I stayed with my little family

Staff was professional and willing to help, Breakfast was marvelous but need few more fresh foods including banana. Breakfast room need more staff only one lady was running around to fill out the empty food, but she was nice and helpful. Bed was clean and comfortable no bed bugs. Fridge and Microwave were nice in the room, daily room cleaning service was excellent. Overall services were exceptional with this price. Free Parking was another advantage.

Room was comfortable but room fire alarm beeping most of the time for low battery sound. Needs new battery in Room #112. Breakfast was excellent but there is no microwave inside the breakfast area, need a microwave to worm up the food. Surrounding hotel area need some cleaning, swimming pool was clean. Sometimes room Wi-Fi wasn't working, and I had to restart my phone and laptop few times in order to connect Wi-Fi. No carpet in the room need carpet so people can walk inside the room.

The hotel was in a very easy to locate area & close to the highway. There was a lot of activity happening, indicating that it's used regularly which was encouraging to see.

The hotel dies not check the messages sent to them when requesting a date change, so they can mark you as a 'No Show' & get extra money from you. Now I have to go through the process of getting money refunded. The staff who was checking me in was very disorganized, he didn't seem to know what he was doing. He wasn't able to find my reservation, even with the booking info & confirmation # I gave him. The staff changed my room reservation to two queen beds from my original one king bed & I was charged more money. The lighting in the room was very minimal therefore making hard to see. There was no channel or guide for the TV & no help from the front desk when calling.

Location is excellent. Neighborhood is iffy. Always rough looking. Only place in the area. Second stay due to friend. Much quieter this time. Beds are comfy not too soft. Not to firm. Pillows are squares and a bit odd. Coffee in room. Did not have the breakfast.

Rough neighborhood. Never leave anything in car. Nothing! Always people walking about.

Room was nice--outside looks can be deceiving! Outside entry--not fond of that. Bed was very comfortable and the room & bathroom were nice--clean. Breakfast was great!

Parking was tight. No local places to eat and scary neighborhood to venture out looking! Pool was not clean--we normally never use pools but noticed that. A utility truck parked for overnight stay pulling out in the morning hitting the small car next to him ripping off the front bumper of the small car. Our van was next to small car---glad it was not us. Be aware of where you park.

The free breakfast of waffles, sausage, yogurt, eggs, and more was much better than I expected from free hotel breakfast. Our room was clean and the location was within a few minutes walk of the delightful neighborhood of Point Richmond and the shoreline park

The other nearby guests were loud late into the night and there were train sounds but the hotel did provide earplugs so we could still sleep ok. Another moveable chair would be nice and the beds were too high for my mum so maybe provide a little step stool

Breakfast was lovely and the staff was friendly

We got a room next to the route so we could hear a thunderous noise and also each person talking and walking around
