The room was inviting, had everything I needed for my short 5-day stay. The room was ready early when I arrived. The staff provided plenty of towels and the room had many outlets, comfy bed, hangars, A/C, towel decor in the kitchen, nice flooring, well lit, table was perfect for working and eating and toiletries were good for my sensitive skin. Customer service at check-in was funny and fabulous! parking was convenient, I didn't see any loitering, location was five minutes away from where I needed to go and hotel was safe, secluded and peaceful. Also, the nearby gas station has good chicken and friendly service staff! Whole Foods and Chipotle are five minutes away.

There was a cockroach crawling in the bathroom near the trashcan on my first day, found a couple of hairs in the bathtub, freezer part of the frig looked old and rusted, no hot breakfast, no pool, no outside trash receptacle and no maid service to take out the trash, no good food options within walking distance and I didn't find the elevator until my last day even though I looked at the map (but it's ok - I needed the exercise). Also, on my side, there was a faint smell of weed on one of the days.

I've been in the same room for several months. Staying local, in town for an extensive business project. Facility is conveniently located. Rooms are comfy enough. Wifi is used sparingly as I have a VPN, but it's sufficient. Have not tried the paid version. As always, staff is friendly, which is worth about 70% of value to me. Courtesy, respect and consideration is what I seek, and in essence return. If there is a complaint, the executive staff responds without delay. As a business owner, I find this helpful and essential in conflict resolution.

Would like to have a "set" day per week for room cleaning. Just fresh linen, towels and vacuuming. Otherwise, all else is absolutely superb. Also, the cleaning policy is clearly defined virtually and in person, which doesn't eliminate my need.

Very accessible to freeway exit. Parking conveniently close to room , right outside our door per requested. Option to not walk far or up stairs (handicap parking available as well)

Overall “looked” clean but found a small bug in shower 🤢 No nearby open food choices late at night

It had all the facilities like small sync and kitchen and table for stay in small room at reasonable price.

It didn’t have windows and the phone dial was not working to call the front desk.

Mo at the desk was a brite spot. Very kind and sociable. World needs more Mo’s🙏😃. I liked everything. Room was clean but outside of the room needs more love.

Just a lil bit dirty outside the room. Needed a few paint touchups. Basic wear n tear stuff. But not bad. Its good.

Everything was clean, great location.

People next to me had a dog. They kept shutting the dog out of the room and left it on the balcony. It was peeing all over the floor of the balcony and wouldn't let me get on my room.

Alex was awesome!! I got there after 1:00AM and he was very helpful and friendly. Gave me a room on the bottom floor which was great.

Alex was in the middle of his night audit so I had to go back in to the office after about 15 minutes. Not his fault but a little inconvenient. Could not figure out how to turn off the lamp next to the T.V. Switch on wall did not work so I ended up unplugging it.

I liked how friendly and helpful the staff was. I also liked how quiet the room was as well as the surrounding rooms and that it's somewhat close to work.

Stains on the floor and wall by the bed and the restroom cabinet. Trash under the bed. My stay before this, I found a chocolate covered pretzel under the Air conditioner. I have a dog and I have to make sure that the room is safe for him too. I also dislike the traffic when trying to get to work.

OVERALL VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.

LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT.

clean, lots of parking. nice area. rooms in great shape, clean, comfortable, welcoming. staff in lobby very responsive.
