Loved the location, rooms, and staff

For society being in the modern age of technology, connectivity, and everything being handled through the internet, i was extremely displeased with the fact that wifi has to be paid for. If free internet is offered in cafes, fast food, and other hospitality sectors, I'm not sure why internet wasn't included in the stay. Also, the tv was connected to the internet without us paying so we could access streaming and other services but when it came to tablets, phones, and laptops we had to pay for it. I can't fathom the reasoning behind that without a cash grab. Other than that the staycwas great!

Excellent location for exploring the inner harbor. All the staff bar one were friendly and very helpful.

Breakfast; cold plates, cold food unless it was freshly cooked omelettes. Hotel system was unable to cope with full payment being made via 3rd party before arrival. Wanted payment again and Kiki on reception was rude with a very bad attitude. No apology from her after keeping us waiting for half an hour whilst sorting out their incompetence.

Rooms were a great size. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size. There was a good variety at breakfast, and the restaurant had a good view over the harbour. The hotel has a well equipped gym, which is open 24/7.

I had to pay for wifi, which I've never had to do before in all the other hotels I've ever stayed in, and I travel a lot.

The location was great, the room was cozy, big and clean

Breakfest is not included in the room price. You have to go to the restorant, it is not selfservice and it takes a long time to have breakfest

The location was fantastic! The hotel is decorated nicely and the beds are comfortable. They were very accommodating. The check in line was very long and they started giving people bottles of water and then brought out a few tables. The one table had someone doing free tequila tasting and the other one had free blueberry lemonade and either goldfish crackers or pretzels. It kept people from getting upset. A smart move by the manager.

Two of the 4 elevators that take you to the rooms were broken for about 36 hours of our stay and still not fixed when we left. It made it difficult to get your luggage downstairs especially if your room was on a high floor like ours.

it was nice at the time of the check in to be offered with hot dogs and drink. Rooms were really nice and clean Parking should be included as the hotel is quite expensive.

Wi fi was charged which is unusual. This is a way to make easy money from foreigners on holidays. Also in a such high level and expensive hotel is really disappointing to be charged for wifi nowadays. Receptionists are kind till they are asked for a service or a question: they need to be confirmed from a manager and are annoyed. At the time of the check in they finished the bottle of water which are normally provided to each client.

Scenic location near Inner Harbor. Rooms are clean and in good condition with nice bathroom and showers. Good selection of TV channels for news and sports. I received good 5G cell phone signal. Onsite bar and restaurant. 24 hour front desk and a good security presence. Inside pool and gym. Many other restaurants within a short walking distance. Less than a mile walk to Orioles and Ravens stadiums. Excellent service during check in and checkout.

Lacked onsite 24 hour food service. If not a Marriott rewards member there is a daily charge for internet access. But this wasn’t a issue for me because I received a good 5G cell phone signal.

Front desk were friendly and kind.

No more valet parking. Parking was complicated. Probably quite difficult for elderly. Thought we would have a harbor view. Thought we would have free breakfast. Called ahead to confirm, staff complained about third party booking and again at check in. Trim was pulled out in 8th floor. Stayed there years ago. Customer Service was impeccable. Went down hill since. No one helped with luggage was rushed and spoken too about moving the car and not having valet parking. Staff was crass and treated us like vagrants, making initial contact very stressful.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Inner Harbor, with easy access to popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The views of the harbor from the room were stunning and added a special touch to the stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable bedding and modern amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly. The hotel also offers excellent facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a lovely pool area. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to suit all tastes.

The Renaissance is located right next to the harbor and is within walking distance of several of Baltimore's major attractions. My husband and I used to live in downtown Baltimore, so it was fun to be right in the center of everything and show our kids the city. The hotel was clean, rooms simple but nice. Would stay again.

It would have been nice to have breakfast or have a restaurant in the hotel that was open during the afternoon hours. Also, the hot tub was broken while we were there.
