We loved the pool and the hot tub, and I was glad to know that it was functioning. Sometimes that's an issue when we travel. The staff was friendly enough, although aloof. The parking lot was reasonable, the facility was easy to find, and it was a great location in conjunction for our destination

Besides the pool, I chose this location because they stated breakfast was included. Breakfast turned out to be a loaf of bread next to a toaster. There wasn't enough of that even for the number of guests staying that night, and when I requested more because there was a family behind us with young children besides my own children that were hungry, I was met with distain and discust, as if I was asking for something unreasonable.

The third shift staff Jvontey was one and the young lady that relieved him were exceptionally very friendly and outgoing.The housekeeping department were very friendly and helpful.The weekend staff when it came time for me to check out, were very nice.This will be the hotel for my getaway trips to Flint which I do quite fequenty.

The refrigerator was not working properly other than that everything was good The location was close to some of the places I needed to pick up some items and snacks Dollar Tree was close to the hotel and for that i was extremely happy about it.!!!

Someone parked so that I couldn’t get in my car one morning , an since your chain don’t have license plates on your signing in we / Hotel clerks, myself, had no idea who’s car it was , fortunately for me by the time I left that morning they had moved their car other then that everything was great well the bath tub was damaged but I just put a towel over damage an continued on .it was great

I have left a review already but figured I would add in, we ended up staying an extra night, & was able to keep the room we were in, the prices are very fair, the employees was friendly adding my night, & making sure the noise above us was addressed. The room was clean, beds were very comfortable , & we were offered clean towels & toiletries daily. This will be the hotel we choose from now on.

The minor things wrong were what other guests did by not respecting others space, & not correcting their children, or making them pick up their trash & leaving it by the pool. Also, the jets had a very minimal blow in the hot tub, & the water was low. But the water was very warm, & it worked well enough.

Very Comfortable Room, Pool was Warm, & Hot Tub was too. Employee's were friendly & helpful. Overall Quiet Stay.

Pool area needs to be cleaned a little better. Some guests were not respectful sharing the pool area. The employees did their best to correct guests that did not show respect for others.

The place was clean! which to me is surprising due to the low staff, the full occupancy etc. . I am a Flint resident, we lost power and ended up here.

The location, it's not in the great part of Genesee co. A lot of rift raft Rollin in and out of the area. It is a good spot to stop in a pinch.

The room we were in was freshly remodeled, and absolutely stunning. Smells like good reefer in the hallways

The floors make your feet dirty very easily and it’s noisy being right by the highway.

Property was clean. There was renovation going on but for the Most part it was a decent stay. I would recommend this property!!

I did not like the Renovations...and too much chlorine in the pool.

The room was nice, the lady at the desk was very polite and professional, and the room was clean in its entirety. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I do not see areas for improvement.
