The hotel was really nice, way fancier and more impressive than I expected. The fact that they had a rental bike was a real bonus. The pool & hot tubs were great. The Lake House next door was excellent. Everything really comfortable and clean and nice. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Only a couple of things: First, there was no remote control for the TV in our room. We told the front desk but got no response. When I went downstairs to check, she said she'd called Maintenance but couldn't reach anyone. I stood there with her while she tried again and again there was no answer. That's pretty alarming, since it could have been something a lot more serious than just a missing remote control.

Lack of control with the over running of guests. First night great!! 2nd night, Horrific to the point we got up and checked out in the middle of the night and drove 8 hours to home. When I talked to the clerk she said there was 3 calls complaining about 804. We were 801. Kids running up and down the halls, banging on the doors. Adults laughing and yelling. The alcohol and pot, we were done. I don't know how many checked but there was multiples in the rooms. The back area there was no getting through due to all the people. Loved Loved the hotel but won't be back. This will be what we remember 345 for this. Very let down

Ambiance being on a marina. Nice view from room. Pleasant front desk staff.

Room outdated. Broken furniture. Minimal toiletries provided. Gift shop at lobby, mire of a convenience store with little shown. And must check out with front desk staff already too busy. Kid at pool, outdoor, in his phone entire time. I mentioned pool was dirty. Asked if I could clean myself with the screen cleaner tool. He said yes. Then I asked if he could hand it to me. HA! WAS THAT NOT HIS JOB? He went back to his seat and focused on his phone. I placed the tool back on the deck and he never even picked it back up. Anyone could have tripped on it! Also, cigarettes butts on our balcony, though a non-smoking hotel. Cheap towel rods.

Staff is friendly, efficient, thorough. Cleanliness superb. The room was very comfortable- great mattresses, plenty of pillows for reading in bed. There is also a chair and couch. We had a beautiful view of Lake Muskegon. The bar tender was a lot of fun to talk to as he assembled our breakfast.

The mattresses are a little too high for putting on shoes, but there are benches at the foot of the beds. Good for dressing, very bad for getting up at night to use the bathroom. Breakfast at the bar was small McMuffin type sandwiches, a few scones, muffins and basic coffee selection. Not a good value for mediocre food.

Beautiful location on the water, easy parking, nice room and especially loved being able to have fresh air!!! That was really really lovely.

Food options were bleak. At a place this nice, I would expect easier access to a wider array of higher quality dining options, both on site and nearby. The SERVICE from the hotel staff and bartender was GREAT. No complaints there. Just not much to choose from, and prices were high in-house and at the restaurant next door (where service and food were both mediocre at best).

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was incredibly friendly. I paid for a lake-view room, but unfortunately, the TV didn’t work because the room had recently been renovated. They upgraded our room, waived the lake-view fee, and are working with Booking to compensate for the inconvenience. If you’re staying anywhere in Muskegon, please choose this place!

The breakfast doesn’t have a lot of options.

it was in walking distance of many attractions. Right on Bike / walking path. The hotel staff greeted us every passing, held the elevator. asked if we needed anything for our room. Comfy big beds, lots of space for bikes, wagons and luggage. Even a cabinet for food storage for family with special diet. Great air conditioning that did not wake you when it turned on. We were right next to elevator and did not hear it. we were on angle side of hotel, but could see lake from window.

sometimes when we had water on, it lost pressure for like 30 seconds and then came back on full force. 10 story hotel with Ice only available on 1st floor.

The hotel was located by the water, and the architecture was very attractive. We immediately felt welcome when we pulled up to check in. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. While there was no free breakfast, there was an excellent cafe nearby that served a delicious and very reasonably priced breakfast. For our purposes that added to the enjoyment of our pleasure trip. The hotels proximity to the downtown area and the water made it perfect for our purposes.

For the spacious and well decorated room, the size of the television provided seemed small and cheap. The height of the toilet was more like a child's toilet, which is harder to use for those of us who are tall or elderly.

Amazing place to stay! The room had a spa tub, fireplace & 3 large sliding doors to open. Even a balcony to sit out on. Very clean & comfy! Staff was beyond friendly especially Schuyler! They have everything you need in 1 place too! 24 hour gift shop, 2 restaurants/bars, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs & a gorgeous view! Highly recommend staying & dining here!

I have zero negative feedback.

The view was the best, this is a super cool boutique hotel, not your average joe! If you like stuff a bit vintage, mixed in super clean, and super beautiful! This is the place to stay, the crew super nice! This Hotel, is on the water, and has a great walking path, super close to the downtown city life, there is great coffee, a great restaurant, and super cute bar. Try it, its differant in a really unique way!

The only thing I wished the bar stayed open a bit longer on Saturday Nite, but staffing is tough lately everywhere. It closed at 10:30 PM
