Did not use service

We will never use booking.com again and will advise friends and family of same. We drove to hotel to confirm reservation after getting run around from your site and associated numbersn. We received to charges from booking.com on our credit card for dates we did not book. The one for the lesser amount has been resolved. The second amount has not and we have plans to continue to pursue.

The staff was friendly, our room was freshen up daily, any concerns were handled immediately. Its always a nice stay when we travel to this location, the price was reasonable and our room was very spacious

I really don't have any negative thoughts on our stay. Wish the darkening curtains would over lap more when closed at night.

The property was in a good location and there is plenty of things to do around the hotel. The beds were nice and comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast was good as well.

Need more space in the breakfast area. The toilets are a bit low and the water pressure in the shower was weak.

Loved the lady who checked us out! The hotel pool staff brought the pool area towels when it was out.

The first thing we saw when we opened our door was a brown napkin stuffed into the ceiling, but still hanging down. Just odd, I’m sure it had a purpose though so I didn’t even try to move it.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean and all the workers were friendly! We will stay again if going up there again. Breakfast was great both days!

There is only 2 things bad is on Friday night my son got stuck in the elevator which apparently is common and the emergency phone didn't work! The one time he forgets his phone and he was stuck in there for at least 20 minutes before anyone heard him. Also the pool wasn't warm lol

The front desk staff was very polite and extremely helpful. They left the breakfast area open for a little longer because we were late getting to breakfast.

I thought this was a decent stay overall. Complimentary water for guests is appreciated and a nice touch. Close to everything you are probably in the are for.

Breakfast was good, nice options on what to eat. Clean area and ladies there readily to help. Room clean and fresh didn’t have to ask for housekeeping came and changed towels and wash cloths daily. Pool very clean and bright. Everyone we met helpful and seemed to like their job.

Unfortunately our second night room above us very loud jumping, running taking shower constant running water. Put on footwear that made hard sound. Tolerated until 3:15 am about an hour. Called downstairs Betty said they would check it out and have them stop. Seems they did just that and then I tried getting back into a restful sleep. Peoples behavior was stopped by your associate appreciated readily responding but sleep night ruined.

We had an issue with a housekeeper stealing my phone and management handled it very professionally and believed me she was fired I appreciated how helpful they were in retrievi g my phone I will definitely rdturn

Staff was friendly and helpful. Always had fresh towels daily. And facility was always clean
