We went here primarily to have fun with the kids and we were very pleased with the access to the pool complex at MGM. It might seem like the towers are a bit far from the strip, but the towers are connected to the MGM through tunnels which have people movers. That made access to the pool complex, restaurants, casino and the strip much easier than we had anticipated. We were very pleased with the parking access. Even though they only offer valet parking, parking was included other than tips. Honestly this is a much better option than having to do self parking, it really elevates the experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the overall cleanliness was good. Overall we enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay here again. It was a great value, and it worked great for our family.

The one place where we felt the room could be improved is the cleanliness detail in the bathroom. The bathtub did not look clean enough for my wife and daughter to get any use of it. The sink had some white hard water spots around the faucet, and there seems to be mold on the shower glass door bottom hinge.

The pool was perfect, the access was nice and the temperature was great! I loved the pool and the room was very nice, it was nice and comforting, and the jacuzzi inside of the bathroom was a nice fit too! I really loved this stay, and the location is nice! If you go through the pass way to mgm grand, you have a whole food court and everything! And if it’s late or in the morning , they have a vending machine right where the elevators are.

The cleanliness wasn’t that good l, as the sheets were a bit dirty, and the jacuzzi had hair and dirt. Overall it wasn’t too bad but not very great either.

Very nice private property fit for anyone who is looking to stay in a place with a little kitchen and multiple people. Room view was amazing.

I didn’t like the fact that the pool for the 3rd tower wasn’t open and they close the other pools so early on weekdays. Also I found valet to be a bit of a hassle since tower 3 was closed during nights. Also the room was a bit dirty the floors and one of the bed had some sort of red crumb.

The installation was pretty quiet. The vallet parking service was great. The place is cozy, the staff was so nice

I booked this for my daughter and her friends. We were worried after reading the comments and finding out it was from a 3rd party. However, the room was great. They had a blast while they were down there and were extremely pleased with the room. It was very clean and prepared for their arrival. The host was very timely with responding to an issue they had while checking in and answering any questions they had. We’d definitely book again.

The room was nice and clean, great view, staff was very courteous, jacuzzi tub was really nice after walking back and fourth the strip all day...Vallet parking for free...the pool was open and heated all in all it was a great stay.

Not that I didn't like it but some kind of continental breakfast would be nice. Even if it was a couple muffins, donuts, fruit, bagels, juice, nutrition bars. Also I DID NOT like vallet parking...they drive the cars really fast and crazy... as I'm writing this review in my car at mgm signature right now I'm still watching the vallet cars come down so fast!! They don't take care of your car their irresponsible I would do self parking. It's inconvenient 30 minute walk but you know your car is safe. I can't believe with all the cameras around here that they didn't catch on to that. 2 separate cars when I was there something happened to them to where they didn't want to start after vallet parked their cars..

Great location! Facilities and pool were very well maintained. Room and common areas were very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

The only issue we had was getting needed towels, coffee supplies and toilet paper. Nothing extra is provided and it can take up to 24 hours to get what you need. The building has a contracted cleaning company that only drops off supplies at a certain time of day. In our case it was the following day before we got what we needed.

Large room for our family. Connection to mgm grand with air conditioning. The ability to cook and use microwave. The property was nice.

The overall place was nice but inside the suite they did not have all equipment to use for what was available in the suite. We had to purchase cooking stuff from nearby Walgreens like coffee, spatula, tongs. The stove worked and we used it.

Tower 1 at Signature is behind the MGM grand. Has Big room with extra sofa and bed clothes. It is easy to access from airport and has connection bridges with MGM Grand. Building was clean and good smell. walking inside the building is 15 min to the strip. Room has coffee maker, microwave and stove. great to prepare ham and eggs to breakfast an save some bucks. There is a Target and ABC store nearby where you can buy groceries.

Very few personnel in the hotel, you will rarely see employees but they attend rapidly calling guest services.

Room is my bet better for 4 instead of 6 only reason when second bed from trundle really not much room after moving chairs coffee table bench kinda tight really fast having to move all that felt more like a job and not a vacation king bed was pretty springy lol 😆
