The hotel is clean and well kept. In the morning, guests are offered hot coffee, hot chocolate, water. The view of the river and the bridge is very pleasant.

The hotel is not suitable for visiting the center of Philadelphia although Google Map reports that it is a 29 minute walk away. It's an application error. Even though we had a reservation with breakfast included, the staff told us that it was a Booking error and that we had to ask them for a refund. There was no Director to ask for clarification. After a long interaction in the afternoon we were told that they would refund us what we had charged. We are waiting. It was unpleasant in any case.

Room had comfortable beds and a working TV, microwave. The bedding was clean and the window treatments actually worked and covered the window. There were hangers for the clothes. All of the lights also worked. The room was pretty clean as well. The room and the floor it was located on were quiet. We heard no noise at all - not even being located near the elevator. The in-house restaurant was clean and the service and food were good.

The bathroom counter top had a long black hair on it - neither my husband nor I have long black hair. Also, there was no shampoo bottle in the bathroom - conditioner and body wash but the shampoo bottle was missing. Fortunately, we always bring travel size toiletries just in case. The bathroom lighting around the mirror was extremely bright and made putting makeup on a bit difficult because of the lighting. I wish there had been another mirror in the room some place. Also, there was only one small hook to hang clothes on. There was some dust on the lights near the bed but the rest of the room was clean.

Here’s a glowing review for Hilton stay. My stay at the Hilton Garden Camden was absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish, everything was a five-star experience. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and efficient, with friendly and professional staff who made me feel welcome right away. The views from the room were simply immaculate – a breathtaking highlight of my stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect night’s sleep, and the closet area was spacious and well-organized, making unpacking a breeze. Every detail of the room and hotel was thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Camden and can’t wait to stay here again!

Everything... The staff are super friendly & helpful. There is an on-site restaurant, but also options close by within walking distance. Our room (302) was a River & Philly view. The room was very comfortable and clean, also very quiet. There is a passenger ferry a short walk from this hotel that takes you to Philly historic district. We walked to the Freedom Mortgage Pavilion for a concert, the boardwalk is well lit at night,and an easy walk to & from the hotel. We will definitely stay here again

The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. There was a mistake at our check-in (I booked a room with 2 queen beds and received a room with 1) and when I went back to reception later to see if they could fix the error, they did so quickly and even upgraded our room a bit to let us have a bigger space and view of the river and bridge. It was a wonderful experience!

There's not a lot of room in front of the hotel to temporarily park your car to check-in if you're driving in.

Location, room, parking and staff was all amazing. I had to travel with a trailer attached to it, and both when I called before arrival and once I arrived, staff was so helpful to make sure I was able to fit with my car. There was a lot of parking space available, did not have any problems. On top of that, we got a great room with an amazing view. Staff responded every request we had an we had amazing 2 nights thanks to Hilton. I will definitely come back.

The sheets of the room were not really great. Looked old and ripped, also didn't fit to the bed so I had to adjust multiple times.

The hotel was nice, staff polite, room good, breakfast excellent.

It was missold by Booking.com. You stated it’s in Philadelphia and it’s actually in a different state in Camden NJ. Not a problem if you want to add six bucks onto an Uber fare each way over the bridge plus extra time. We wanted to stay near the liberty bell and your description from memory was a little I’ve a mile away. Probably is if you’ve got wings. It’s a lot longer by car.

Beautiful hotel outside Philadelphia with wonderful view of the city from the park in the front. Parking on the side is a value. Room and bathroom are clean and very well managed. Tò eat must go in Philadelphia, the surrounding are not good even for breakfast.

The restaurante doesn't offer a great choose of food. The location needs the car to go to the city and it's a little bit difficult to reach the hotel.

The waterfront location offered wonderful views of the Delaware River from our large bedroom window, easy accessibility to nicely paved walking paths in the adjacent riverside park, and great sunsets as we watched, across the river, the city of Philadelphia slowly glow as darkness set in. Inside our room, a spacious floorplan and well appointed accommodations made for a very comfortable stay. Our dog enjoyed it too, but sadly had none of our leftovers from the delicious meal we brought back to our room from the onsite restaurant there. Parking onsite was very nice too.

The hotel was very secure - a good thing - but there was a learning curve involved in using our room key to operate the elevator as well.

Waterfront Grill was excellent, we ate there everyday at least once. We liked the water and coffee that was available. The location was great as far as scenery goes and close by areas to walk. We were told that Camden was a very dangerous place but we did feel safe staying at the hotel.

Some dirty hand towels were left hanging on shower curtain bar from previous occupants. I found those the first morning I took a shower. We did report that and it was taken care of, it was just not a good first impression. Also we had a river view that was spectacular on about a 1/3 of our window the other was spotted terribly and ruined a clear view of the city and bridge. My daughter made comment it looked like a petri dish. We did tell the front desk attendant; we were told they would let the window cleaners know.
