Well I really liked it. Was my first time and I didn't know the concept of the hotel, but I didn't regretted. I loved it. I want to clarify I taught that they have continental breakfast like others hotels but wasn't like that. Instead they have in the room stove, refrigerator, cabinets, I can say like a mini kitchen and we can cook. I love it. They have cubs, utensils, pots, pans that if we need it you can paid and have it. The staff was very helpful, friendly and respectful. Very clean, convenient. Very good location closed to stores, freeways, and everything. Thanks again

I was so pleased with the room!! Such a lot more than I expected for the reasonable rate that we paid. CHRISTIAN was SUPER AWESOME about making sure that all my special needs were catered to. (I am just recently handicapped and am still adjusting to my “new normal” when it comes to the mobility of my every day life.)

There were several people that were checking in at the same time as us, and the employee from the previous shift had apparently gone home and not set the next clerk up for success. She did the best she could despite being incredibly upset.

We used this as a single night accommodation option on a long family road trip. It is a refreshed older property that has been tastefully decorated. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic to fuel us up before the next leg of our trip. The bar next door was a great value option for a few drinks and a meal. Overall, this was a comfortable great value option for our trip

I really loved how comfortable the bed was, and how the room looked in general! I also loved that the location is fairly close to most stores / restaurants and made it easy to get to.

There isn’t much that I didn’t like, other than the shower not being cleaned, but other than that everything was perfect!

Big rooms and the staff were friendly. They gave some suggestions to local restaurants.

Breakfast could have been better. They only had granola bars and oatmeal. They had coffee for those who drink it. I unfortunately don't, I wish they had some sort of juice or milk.

The staff is very rude with the exception of a young man that works at night at the front desk can the cleaning crew is very friendly other than that every single person is extremely rude they make you feel like you're bothering them 3

Good location for airport and Cleveland suburbs. Nice staff. Comfortable bed, Quiet.

Floor was very sticky. Room is showing it's age but was sufficient for short stay.

Easy check in and out. Even added an extra day with no issue.... theres an elevator!

Room had no TP... got quickly from front desk. Grab n go breakfast was kinda less than stellar.. fruit and juices added maybe?

They upgraded our room for free. Workers there were very polite and helpful! Fully booked hotel. Has tgifridays and a local pub in the parking lot. Starbucks just a few steps away! Loved the location!

Location, very little noise heard from the hallway or other rooms. Pillows were just right,

Breakfast lacked fresh fruit for those of us who don't eat breakfast bars or instant oatmeal.
