I was so pleased with the room!! Such a lot more than I expected for the reasonable rate that we paid. CHRISTIAN was SUPER AWESOME about making sure that all my special needs were catered to. (I am just recently handicapped and am still adjusting to my “new normal” when it comes to the mobility of my every day life.)

There were several people that were checking in at the same time as us, and the employee from the previous shift had apparently gone home and not set the next clerk up for success. She did the best she could despite being incredibly upset.

We used this as a single night accommodation option on a long family road trip. It is a refreshed older property that has been tastefully decorated. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic to fuel us up before the next leg of our trip. The bar next door was a great value option for a few drinks and a meal. Overall, this was a comfortable great value option for our trip

I really loved how comfortable the bed was, and how the room looked in general! I also loved that the location is fairly close to most stores / restaurants and made it easy to get to.

There isn’t much that I didn’t like, other than the shower not being cleaned, but other than that everything was perfect!

Pretty much everything except for the staff

The staff is very rude with the exception of a young man that works at night at the front desk can the cleaning crew is very friendly other than that every single person is extremely rude they make you feel like you're bothering them 3

Easy check in and out. Even added an extra day with no issue.... theres an elevator!

Room had no TP... got quickly from front desk. Grab n go breakfast was kinda less than stellar.. fruit and juices added maybe?

great staff did not have room available at the time but made sure they cleaned one for us and was so kind front desk everyone is great .

Kitchen area, bed was comfortable, ac-heat control very responsive

I requested a coffee maker. Unable to ever get that. It was difficult for staff to get me a knife and fork. I would have liked a channel list for tv.

The staff was very friendly.

No hair dryer in my room as posted on the website. I didn't bring my own because of that post. The breakfast selection was poor.

Location is perfect and you are never far away from any landmark, stadium or field.

Carpet needed some love, had some old dirt spots around.

The Location was perfect. Mall was walking distance and so was lots of restaurants.

For a handicap room, good luck getting into the tub. Housekeeping needs to learn to vacuum. Walking into the lobby smells like Marijuana
