Very clean and great location! The manager was great when it came to a room situation. She addressed it accordingly and took some off our bill for the inconvenience. We will definitely be back if we come back to Sonic Temple! This was our first time to Ohio, thank you to this hotel for making it a comfortable home away from home.

We had a dirty room but it was made right thanks to the management. The pool had zero towels and the hot tub jets were broken.

Staff was excellent. Condition and furnishings are mediocre of the hotel. Comfortable stay but 1st room A/C was bad, got switched and was much better. Its a decent and safe hotel just don't expect anything too much. The staff was very nice and outgoing.

I loved the room, was clean and spacious. I got a king non smoking suite and was ready when I arrived. I was greeted and guy was nice and friendly. Rooms looked modern so price for room seemed appropriate . I would stay here again because no bugs, smelled like hotel was just cleaned but in a good way. The scent was pleasant. Bar was busy but I didn’t stop to check it out but looks like everyone was having fun. Front doors are closed from 11pm-7am which is good safety wise( sign is by door that says this). I love the late check out compared to other hotels. Good location for most things but the things I needed were about 15 min away from hotel. Plenty of parking and overall no problems .

You have to pay for breakfast , I didn’t take off any stars because I knew when I booked. I just went out to breakfast

We didn't get free breakfast included, that would be great! Especially when guests are on the run. I think the lobby was very empty, and that's sad because it’s so pretty! I think free breakfast or a free cocktail/discount happy hour/drinks and food would really liven up the place, thus bringing more good reviews and guests.

The top blankets were stained with blood. Very gross

The location is amazing! My kids absolutely loved the pool and the variety of restaurants nearby to choose from. The bed was comfortable and the pull out couch was definitely a nice little bonus. The way the towels were folded on the jacuzzi tub was SUPER cute!

We wish that the restaurant downstairs had an actual kids menu for dinner at least. It sucked having to leave at 9PM to go get dinner when driving 2 hrs already to get there.

The bartender/manager was phenomenal. He was very personable and made phenomenal drinks. Great guy.

The fact that the pool and hot tub were shut down with no indication of this on their website. I booked the room their specifically because they had a hot tub and pool to relax in.

Very warm and intimate. Pool area and the hot tub were exceptional. Room was very well appointed and the mattresses were luxurious. The most cable channels at any hotel I've ever stayed at.

No continental breakfast. However, there is an on-site restaurant but has very limited choices.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy, rooms were comfortable.

The laundry room was out of order :( The pool is an indoor pool, no ventilation inside so it's suffocatingly hot!

The room was perfect. We were in town for our granddaughter’s graduation. The room was very affordable because we are seniors on fixed incomes and that made it comfortable. We loved the area as well well.

I thought there was free breakfast but even though it wasn’t we were still very much satisfied

I was upset when I went down for breakfast and realized it wasn't complimentary. I've stayed at this hotel 4 or more times and it's always been included in the room. The sad this is I wasn't even told this when I checked in.
