Friendly staff. The room was clean. I was on the top floor, it was nice and quiet. Bed was really comfortable. My kids got locked out of the room, and I wasn't there. There was no issue of getting them back into the room. It was easy to add them to the account at check-in. I am very pleased with my stay. From the reviews I had read, I was very leary but would stay here again if needed.

Curtains didn't close all the way, so the light was shining in the morning. Parking isn't the best if you check in late or are out all day and get back to the hotel at a late hour. There is nothing really close by to grab a bite to eat.

The restaurant and parking were so convenient. Staff made sure that we parked our car there despite not making a reservation ahead of time. Because of this, I would not only stay here again, but will park my car here instead of the economy lot.

We wished they had brown bag breakfast from the kitchen that we did not have to purchase for the early mornings. Most hotels do that, and that means a lot when you are rushing off to the airport.

The double queen room was very nice and complete with anything you would want. Good bedding.

I signed up through Booking.com. When I used my confirmation email to call the hotel, no one picked up. I was asked to leave a message (At 11:30 pm at PDX) I kept calling, no response. Luckily a girl next to me had made the call and we were picked up. I asked the desk clerk why the problem. He said Booking.com had a generic number and that I should have googled the phone number. I don't think I should have to do extra work. The confirmation email should be accurate.

I liked the cleanliness of the room, the comfortable beds and chairs, the tidy and clean bathroom, and the amount of amenities, including the pool and restaurant.

I didn't like the fact that they did not display that they were 21+ required for booking, which caused miscommunication in the reservation, but made an exception due to advanced payment.

I wish there was a continental free breakfast available, we have gone to a lot of hotels and they offer this

I would have preferred booking with hotel directly instead of booking.com, no one said I was going to pay $10/day for parking. Room was not cleaned each day and we needed to call for extra towels. Also disappointed no breakfast was served

We stayed here out of necessity. We live 30 minutes away but had a flight the next morning with snow and ice going on. It worked out well. We were able to pay to check in early (8:30 am). We brought our own food and with the fridge and microwave in the room , had a great time. The shuttle is very good and dependable . We had often parked there on short trips, as it is near the airport, and now have stayed there as well, and would again

Helpful staff, great transport options to the airport with shuttles going every 20 mins, comfortable and clean room with good AC. There seemed to be good amenities too but my stay was too short for me to explore them.

Lighting in the room could be better. It was fine for me but if I were trying to work in my room I might've struggled.

So awesome to have a Restaurant in the Hotel, nothing worse than having to leave a hotel to go eat. And the room was nice and clean and beds comfortable

Wish the blinds would close all the way to make the room dark, having to get up at 3 am for the airport and it being light out till 9 pm makes it hard to sleep

The elevators didn’t really work. Two were out of order and the last one that did work took a really long time to get to our floor. We needed up just taking the stairs from the 5th floor often. I also didn’t like that we were not told that our booking price didn’t include breakfast.

Very quiet. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. They have their own restaurant, so we could just stay in place and not go out again into unfamiliar city traffic. Used their shuttle to nearby Portland airport.

There was nothing we didn't like.
