The staff are friendly. The hotel is clean, and there were no bugs. The bed was comfortable. The location is nice, and it felt safe. The hotel is far enough off the main road so that you don't hear the traffic and yet close enough to wherever you need to go to, here in Sioux Falls.

I felt the walls were a bit thin. Although it could have been the folks above me that were a little too loud and had heavy feet.

Location since we stayed there to go to Carnival Brazilian Grill. We liked the colors and newness of the paint on the walls and the no hassle entry. Loved the biscuits and gravy, something not often seen, and the waffles which are more common but unexpected. The breakfast more than made up for any deficiencies. And the price for the stay was very good and much appreciated.

My wife forgot her tooth brush and didn't want to bother anyone by ringing the bell, but that is to be expected, given the difficulty of getting staff nowadays and I didn't really expect you to have any. But having someone to tell us to find one would have been nice. Everything was fine, given the price, except the rugs. I would be hesitant to walk on them with no shoes. No rugs would be better than what you have

The property was so so, the staff however, fully make the place, they were incredibly accommodating, very kind, always waved and treated my baby like she was important when she walked through, always greeted me and my wife as we walked in, HOPE however was the best of all, I had a package that I was waiting for and she made sure from the mail truck to my hands that nobody touched it other than her, she was very protective of it and made sure to call the moment it came through the door! She always made sure we had breakfast even when I would come down late on the weekends, she was the best, the staff at this facility were fantastic

Rooms need maintenance by an actual skilled repair man, everything is cobbled together

location to what we wanted to do was wonderful, you have one very dedicated employee he worked the whole two in a half days we were there, he deserves recognition !

Did not care for the breakfast, there was one person working the whole time I was there. He must have been the only person working because he was there morning and at night, give that man a raise. There was an older lady the last morning, but when I left, she was outside smoking, which is her business, however, move away from the front door. The outside seems to be getting a needed face lift. But move into the inside next it was as clean as it could be. Out shower in room 116 needs to be fixed correctly, the water runs down the sheetrock, thus rotting out and the attempted fix was not working. And entrance door could see light around the whole thing. I could hear everything.

The price and simplicity. It's a great location that centers on the home I've been looking for in two weeks. I found a great townhouse with turn-in in two more weeks. I have what I need and some that I want. So, life is very good!!!! I couldn't have done it, without the Lord's guidance.

Still a bit too expensive for me, who is simply transitioning into Sioux Falls. I guess that the price is comfortable; as I feel safe. No anxiety at all with the hotel. That's a huge relief!!!

The location and parking were great, and we all slept well in the beds. Staff were professional and helpful. The building was quiet at night.

The sausage gravy for breakfast was a bit sour--we thought the milk might be spoiled. The only issue we had with the room was that the outlets were in some disrepair and most of them wouldn't hold a cord.

The breakfast was alright the first morning, had help with the waffle iron which was out of order the second morning of our stay! Should have more fruit choices, donuts or rolls!

The over all upkeep of the motel bathroom sink had small cracks, other items poorly repaired and should of been replaced! Hallway and room carpet needs to be upgraded! The scent in the room was awful!

For the purpose of sleeping and being close to the office it was ideal. Not a family vacation spot,but if you need an bed...tv...shower and a/c this is the place. Front desk staff are excellent. I will stay there frequently with my commute and unless they don't want me back they are my go to.

It was perfect for what I needed it for. Sleep...shower and temperature control.

Reasonable price

The bottle of lotion in the room was out. I also asked for extra towels and they refused to give me one. They told me to come back the next day instead . Were they worried that I would steal the towels?? Orange juice was not real orange juice, but it was more like juice that contains orange

Location great food ok

It was filthy garbage under bed air filter in bathroom. Filthy like anyone can see to clean it I was tempted myself to clean it. When they do come in the room it tells me they may not even be changing the bedding? Creepy
