The price, pool, and continental breakfast. Ian the night staff at the front desk was very pleasant to speak with. In the room, there was a shower with bath tub, the sink was outside of the bathroom, and had a mini fridge and microwave. The lighting and A/C was good. The room smelt nice as well.

The hotel was under renovation. There were cigarette butts on the ground by one of the tables in the pool area. Ran out of pool towels. The breakfast staff had to be told by multiple guests when things were out or not working. The beds were not very comfy. We were on the first floor and when a linen cart or suitcases were pushed or pulled in the main hall of the second floor, it sounded like an airplane or a train passing by.

The staff at this location were very awesome people

The only thing I noticed was The drawers to put your clothes in the inside part I had to pass a rag in them. Also in the shower had little hairs and also nets flying Around the sink. Also notice a booger on the wall and also looks like they was repairing or doing fixing because I found a couple of drillbit tips on the floor in the room. But I must say the staff was real helpful and polite on top of me coming from Philadelphi driving 10 hours for the price was definitely worth it

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I walk with a cane and had a pet and they accommodated me with switching my roo. to the ground floor. When I checked out I asked them to call me a taxi to go to the airport. the staff took the time to check if Uber would be cheaper. it was but being canadian I didn't use the US version of Uber. The staff ordered Uber and I was able to pay her cash, at her suggestion.

This isn’t my first time staying here. The housekeeping crew were friendly and accommodating when I needed some things for my daughter. The actual manager was friendly and professional and she made my check out a breeze when I need adjustments to my stay.

When I went down for breakfast the lady that was working breakfast was very rude and very snarky to everyone about everything. It definitely put a bad mood in the air for everyone coming to have breakfast and start their day.

Everyone was very helpful. The room was clean and warm. Someone had turned the heat on. Coffee was available all 24. Breakfast was organized, clean, and tasted great. The breakfast area had tons of outlets. Anyone with a phone, tablet, or laptop would notice this straight away. Multiple devices without any problems. This is only for truly picky people. Had a small issue getting the shampoo dispenser to work. May have been low? Getting in and out of the parking lot can be a bit of a problem at times. Pelham Road can be very busy at times. That's just Greenville these days. With a little patience these are not really an issue.

Location and staff that’s it

It was nice clean at all, card stopped working and it’s not one building, I had to talk to the the main entrance and BEST OF ALL was room 162, a guest had a big dog that was barking all night long not stop, that was ridiculous, I am best western member, this is the worst hotel I ever stayed at!!! Never again

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and surrounding areas were beautiful. I really appreciated having a fenced in dog park area. The picnic area was a nice touch. The front desk manager came out and spoke with the loud teenagers in the parking lot so we could rest.

The other guests made the experience less than perfect. Even though the motel provided pooper scooper and bags for dog waste AND a large sign with the dog park rules, there were lots of piles of BIG dog poop which my little puppy and I had to navigate around. Guests had also littered the picnic area with cigarette butts and beer bottle caps. It was a shame that such a beautiful grounds was not cared for by the people it was there for.

Convenience, location, layout are all great. I love this place.

Not to happy about the deposit that I had to pay. I've got close to 50 nights at this hotel. Never had any complaints, never messed anything up. Never had to pay a deposit.. seems like since Heleen all these hotels are charging 100$ deposits now. Smh

It was a generally nice place to be. The room was pretty large for me and anyone else I could have brought over, in fact they switched me to a single bedroom room instead of a double bedroom room because I was there alone.

It was far from walking distance from anywhere besides a waffle house. I didn't stay long enough to have a strong opinion on anything.

The staff is amazing and very friendly. The room was very clean and the beds were so comfy.the pool area stayed cleaned and even though it was by the highway it was still fairly quiet there. DEFINITELY GONNA STAY THERE AGAIN WHEN I GO BACK DOWN THAT WAY!!!!

Honestly there's nothing I didn't like.this place was awesome.i loved this place.
