Staff were courteous and welcoming. Always helpful. Hotel looked and felt clean. Breakfast was wonderful. Lots of choices including freshly made yogurt. Coffee was the best we’ve had at ant hotel. Comfortable bed. Loved the walk-in shower.

Vent in bathroom wasn’t working. Got a bit steaming in there. Parking was an issue. Didn’t like having to park behind hotel and walking around to front.

It was very clean, and in a good location.

The shower doors were installed backwards. They opened into the shower and blocked the knobs to turn it on. So you had to reach around the door to turn the shower on or be sprayed with cold water immediately. And when you were getting out there was nothing to pull the door towards you because it’s a push open door, not a pull door.

Very clean. Rooms were nice! Loved the hard floors and no carpet in the rooms. Had a pool table and games to play in the lobby, which we enjoyed. The staff was great!

The pool needed tending to. Some debris in it and a little dirty. Breakfast was ‘okay’. The fire alarm went off around 3am and that wasn’t fun! We were told it was a faulty detector, but who knows!

The location was perfect.

The breakfast could be improved. My suggestion would be to add waffles to the menu. After we left we noticed that our members points were not added to our account. The facility informed us that we would need to contact you. It would be great if you can add our points earned on this trip to our account.

My children loved the vibrant colors, I loved the cleanliness! Michael greeted us and was very nice and welcoming. Booking.com has it listed as an indoor pool, the pool is outdoors and not open until Memorial Day. Michael was very apologetic and explained the mistake. Beside the pool, this hotel and staff was amazing!

The employees were very nice and welcoming. Made it really easy to check in/out. Made sure that we were okay and had everything we needed. Breakfast in the morning was definitely a plus! Not many Hotels offer free breakfast with your stay.

Nothing bad to Say

Staff was kind. Room was beautiful. My kids and I enjoyed our stay.

A little on the pricy side and I couldn't see the sign from the road so we missed it and had to turn around. But it was late at night when we arrived.

Everything was amazing!!

There was no Keurig, I like a specific coffee and I brought it on my trip, but was unable to drink it. Also, would've been nice to have a microwave to reheat or cook food.

Everything exceeded my expectations, the price was cheaper than it was showing online and Michael was amazing, very friendly and very welcoming

Staff was friendly and it was clean.

Walls are not insulated. Heard babies crying and people stomping above. Could hear television in next room.
