I stayed there twice within a week. The manager was there both times when I arrived. He lives onsite. He couldn't have been more accommodating and pleasant. If I have the opportunity to pass that way, I will stay there again. The shower and bathroom area were cleaner and better than several much more expensive places I've stayed.

If you are looking for a fancy hotel with a lot of frills, this is definitely not that place. If you are looking for a decent, worry-free place to stay overnight, that is reasonably priced, this is it. The rooms have a mini fridge and a microwave that I didn't use. There is also an icemaker near the rooms that I did use.

How quiet it was around there. I mostly noticed the staff taking excellent care in the cleaning of not just the rooms but the walkways everything top notch cleaners you got there give them a raise

That there was no breakfast being served there for but I consider a moderate amount of money I should have at least been able to have a bowl of cereal or something to start my day other than just coffee in the juice

The Econo Lodge in East Ridge never disappoints. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and inviting along with having comfortable beds, very clean rooms, and great wifi. The Econo Lodge is East Ridge is always my number 1 choice for staying at a hotel in the area.

There wasn't a single thing i didn't enjoy about my stay here.

I liked the fact that as soon as I arrived, the staff were SO friendly and accommodating! The room was very clean, and the AC was nice & cold! Also their were MANY channels on TV to choose from!

I think the one and only thing I would recommend, is for there to be a bigger TV!

It was a great stay!! The staff was really nice and the room was very clean and comfortable!! Amazing price for the time of our stay!!

Not much to dislike to be honest, other then the occasional sketchy person!! The only inconvenience was the booking said breakfast included and there was only coffee, but that wasn’t too much of a problem! There’s a great choice of restaurants near by! It’s right next to Bass Pro Shops and other great shopping experiences!

Staff was great. Went above and beyond to get me a downstairs room because I can not climb stairs due to a medical issue!

The bed wasn't comfortable and the fitted sheet kept coming off while sleeping.

Location is great for Camp Jordan and restaurants but is extremely close to the interstate and heard emergency sirens several times during the night from the interstate.

It was hard to locate the office for checking in

The rooms were very clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was a very close drive to the Camp Jordan park!

The office was a little hard to find, but nothing serious. It is right when you pull in on the left.

The cleanest room I've control at any Choice property in years. The desk attendant, Kevin, was extremely friendly and helpful.

The only negatives were no breakfast and highway noise (obviously, beyond their control.)

Kevin was exceptional in taking care of us. We arrived around 9 pm & the 1st room smelled of cigarette smoke & immediately moved us to another room. He was so pleasant & nice about it.

The sign was too low . Drove right by.
