The staff was great! They went above and beyond to make sure any need I requested was met. I didn’t have quarters and they don’t carry cash to exchange my dimes, but I needed to do a small load of laundry, the front staff member very kindly gave me a laundry pod so I could get it done. And I liked all of the little things they do to show they care, like the bows made out of the top tissue in the box, the cucumber water & coffee at anytime in the lobby. It was apparent they were trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible!

The circuit breaker popped while we were there and the power went out to our room. Didn’t know it was that for awhile, just thought everyone’s power went out. When I realized I went down and they popped the breaker right away and got it back on though.

I found comfort inn to be quite comfortable. I felt like this was the better Hotel in Ocean Shores. Staff was friendly and did a good job with the place. The rooms have AC and I was able to sleep well.

If I were to pick something I didn’t like I would say the elevator was quite slow. I stayed on the 4th floor and it took awhile for the elevator to arrive when called.

The lady at check in was wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was Terrific and bed/pillows very comfy

It was a very short stay (1night) and I did request early check in not realizing it may affect the room location I had requested at booking (ground level w/patio facing beach) so that is on me, I didn't even say anything because our stay wasn't long enough to really matter too much and the path to the ocean was under construction which was disappointing because we did not know that until we tried to walk to the ocean. We drove and the drive to the beach was not far so easily remedied

Great view of ocean. Coffee and water available fresh in lobby. Elevator not just stairs. Front desk addressed our request in timely manner. Room was clean.

One reading light didn’t work. Faucet was hard to turn on and then very slow water flow. We needed to request shower mat (non slip) from front desk.

The breakfast was great they had waffles scramble eggs and sausages and biscuits and gravy, grape juice and apple juice and water and coffee different kinds of bread to toast And a TV to watch while eating I stay in room #406

Great staff, very friendly. Pretty comfortable all though could use softer pillows as we all had a sore neck the next day. We at least got to go in the pool the night before.

Breakfast was OK, wish they had real sausage and not the weird tasting ones, add bacon too, eggs were eh. Pool was closed the next day and ruined my kids day. But the chlorine was overpowering for my kids, hopefully they get a little less chlorine. Their eyes were really red all night.

The location was good. The pathway to the beach was like walking through a secret garden. We enjoyed the deer coming to visit in the morning. Two fawns with spots with the doe and the buck.

The yard was maintained on half of the property. The rest was manual rock and wild grasses. But as I said the path to the beach was beautiful there the brush.

Room was just the right size and had comfortable beds and all other necessities like microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Breakfast was much better than other similar category motels that we have stayed before. Front office staff was very courteous and helpful . Will definitely consider staying here again if we visit ocean shores.

Nothing that I can think of

Staff are very friendly. The rooms are simple and clean, and we liked the cookies.

Rooms need a little bit of work. We’ve stayed at three different rooms now, the sliding doors and screen doors to the deck are in bad repair or missing screens altogether.

Everything was great.

The only problem were the occupants above us. Then ran back and forth from 7 PM to after midnight. We called the front desk twice. They went up and asked the persons to stop the noise each time. Finally they settled down about one AM. Others also complained. (Some parents need to discipline their children.)
