The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Everything in our room worked. The room was a good side, and very clean. The beds were comfortable and we liked the extra pillows and blankets. The air conditioning worked great. We had plenty of everything we needed in the bathroom. We also liked all the storage and having a microwave and rather large refrigerator. Our room, which was in the 2nd floor was quiet. The dining room was spacious and very clean. food was constantly replenished.

Just to be picky, perhaps more fruit variety and although the first day we had orange juice, the second and third days it was not available.

I thought the room was pretty nice. It was what I hoped and expected. Had trouble getting heat from the built in unit. Getting air and A/C wasn't an issue, but heat didn't work too well. The room was nice though. The bed and pillows were comfy enough. Plenty of space. No issues with the bathroom or shower. I also liked the morning breakfast. It was good, and reliable. Wouldn't have minded a little more variety in terms of hot food, but what they did serve was good for hotel breakfast. The servers there were friendly too.

My biggest complaint was the lack of a hot tub. We got there Wednesday night, and the hot tub was running. I think it ran through Thursday, but by Friday they had closed and drained it. We got a day and a half to enjoy that, and that was it. Glad we got to experience it at all, I suppose. The facilities were open late, which I appreciate.

We stayed in a 2 queen suite. Very spacious. We liked the separate vanity area outside the toilet and bath. It had two sinks and a large countertop. There was a half wall separating the beds from the sitting room that included a long sofa, fireplace and desk area. The breakfast room on the third floor was huge. Hot eggs, sausages, potatoes, biscuits and gravy. Cereals, yogurt, fruit, breads, doughnuts and coffee and juices were available. Waffles and pancakes could be made by guests.

Too far to walk to town for aged, handicapped guests.

Very helpful front desk staff, both at check in and for breakfast. I was on a motorcycle and wanted a ground floor room. Since I booked this about 15 minutes in advance, they really did well to find me one. Breakfast is included but I fell asleep before filling in their selection form. Despite that, they found me some food in the morning so I didn't have to ride out on an empty stomach. The room was a bit dated but perfect for my needs; clean, comfortable, and quiet. Bonus points for hardwood flooring (easy to keep clean) and a bath (long soak after a day of fighting the gale force winds all the way from S.Oregon).

Tourist prices in a tourist town. What else do you expect!

Location is completely walkable to all the fun activities/shops in center of town. Rooms were clean and comfortable. While I didn't get the chance to enjoy the free breakfast, others in my party did and said it was great! We booked 2 rooms for our stay through a 3rd party booking site so you never know where your rooms will be located. I messaged the property a few days before our arrival asking if we could get the rooms close together. Fairbridge went above and beyond and was able to get the rooms right next to one another.

There was nothing I didn't like but if I could pick one area of improvement, it would be that all rooms had the beautiful cozy fireplace. We booked 2 rooms for our trip (king and queen). The king room had a fireplace but the queen room (which I stayed in) did not but this was not a deal breaker nor will it be in the future.

Beds and pillows were VERY comfortable! The room was VERY clean! Loved the free toiletries! LOVED the makeup remover cloths! Breakfast was awesome! No bacon, but the sausage was good. Great selection! Nice, clean, and spacious dining area. Ladies in there were really nice!

The light switch in the bathroom is in an awkward, and unexpected place making it difficult to remember to turn it off. The fruit bowl had fruit that really shouldn't go together (the cantaloupe picked up the juices and flavors of ALL the different fruits in there, making it rather gross). Parking was a bit tricky, especially if you end up parking on the side of the hotel.

Amenities were nice, staff was great, breakfast is pleasant, location is solid, place is clean, Wi-Fi is great, definitely would stay again. Thanks again for letting us check in early and for helping with the luggage when we were on our way out!

Not much to gripe about. Our room was a little bit prone to noise from the outside hall at times, but on the flip side it also was facing the inside of the building which made it very easy to get to the elevator, so that's not really so much a complaint because I think it was a worthy trade.

This hotel had the one of the best hot breakfasts I’ve ever had at a hotel. I was actually blown away at how good breakfast was during our visit. Immensely grateful for this perk. This hotel also has legit toiletries that work. Best ones I’ve ever used in a hotel. It was a really pleasant and useful surprise! Excellent quiet policy that is actually enforced. Really lovely and friendly staff. Outstanding location!! We stay here every time we visit Leavenworth.

The bathrooms are outdated but functional.

The Breakfast was Great. The pool and hot tub were very nice and the location to the tourist area of Leavenworth was exceptional.

The pool could have been warmer as well as the hot tub. Even though the rooms were updated, the facility is dated. We also were disappointed that the holiday lights on the outside were not on at night, Why have them up if you are not going to turn them on. at least for a few hours. Kind of tacky if you ask me and my wife. I all fairness it was kind of hit an miss with the holiday lights be on in the town. But the tackiness is still there of having them up in August.

Friendly staff! Very clean and a great bargain place to stay in Leavenworth! The rooms had an excellent A/C which was lovely for our stay since temperatures were into the 90s. The location is within decent walking distance with downtown Leavenworth. The pool was nice as well as the breakfast was so delicious! We throughly enjoyed our visit!

I wish the pool area had a little more seating and/or hooks for hanging towels however what was available did work satisfactorily. I’d imagine if more than 10 people would show for the pool at once there could be an issue with where to place towels or personal items.
