The room was very nice and modern, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I love the location and the many food options. I like the availability of water and coffee throughout the day. There are plenty of parking spaces. The front desk manager from Fairfield Suites went above and beyond to help my son gain access to his adjoining room after he put the lock and latch on his door and the adjoining door to our rooms locked behind him, which prevented him from gaining access back into his room. It took a while and hard work, but the Fairfield Suites manager and the maintenance guy got my son back into his room. That was EXCEPTIONAL customer service.

The breakfast dining area is small for the number of guest rooms. A better job can be done replenishing breakfast items such as yogurt, etc. Also, I did not like that my room key was deactivated before my checkout time.

Breakfast was okay - typical hotel breakfast. They had things spread out nicely. Two separate coffee stations, so that helped keep crowds down. The hotel staff were friendly and available whenever I seemed to need someone.

Nothing that you can change but the hotel was like a maze! I have bad knees and from check in to our room - it was as far away as possible. In the future, I will make sure to ask for a room closer to the lobby/elevators. The room was SO NICE! I really enjoyed it. The only sad thing was that a previous guest had broken the grip/handle in the shower and it hadn't been repaired yet. I was upset for the hotel because it's obvious that the rooms had just been renovated. It looked great.

Traveled with family of 5. The room was super clean. The beds were nice and comfortable. The shower and sink water was super nice and hot. Wi-Fi worked great for kids' Xbox. Plenty of plugs/outlets to charge phones, tablets, and laptop. Plenty of parking. I wanted to eat the free breakfast, but didn't have time. The location of hotel is great, a lot of shopping nearby and close to major highways.

Everything was great. I just wish the pull out couch had a set of sheets and blankets that came with it. Also no toothpaste was in bathroom, but a lot of hotels have stopped providing that.

Photos did not look like the ones on Bookings.com, it was even better. My room looked new, and the location of the hotel was perfect. There was everything around me. I originally booked a room at a different establishment, and it was so dirty and nasty. I'm glad there were some rooms here.

The hallways were a little outdated in my opinion. There were stains on the carpet and it was an odd smell every time I walked the hallways. My room outweighed the hallway, so I overlooked it.

The breakfast was good, they had a variety of food to choose from and they change it up each day. the location was good. The majority of the staff was good with exception of the young lady that check me in.

The young lady that checked me was VERY vague , she didnt explain anything , I had to ask about everything, where are the elevators, when and where is breakfast served. There was no friendliness about her at all. I personally feel someone like her SHOULD NOT be out front. All of the other staff was very frendly , willing to share information and courteous.

Room was larger than expected and the bed very comfortable. The included breakfast was typical for the nicer hotels and was kept well stocked.

Not sure this counts as didn't like, but the bathrooms in the lobby are hotel key locked, so if you're going to use them, you'll want to remember to have your room key with you.

Location was great. Staff I interacted with were courteous and helpful. Did not get up early enough to take advantage of the included breakfast.

Only issue I experienced, and it was fairly minor, was that one of the luggage carts is in need of maintenance. One of the fixed wheels is no longer fixed and makes it extremely difficult to start pushing when loaded. And the metal tubing used to push/pull the cart is very loose and can be pulled out of the base (ask me how I know). The other cart was in perfect condition.

All of the employees that I interacted with were very friendly. Liked the set up of the rooms, beds and pillows comfortable. Property was clean. Plenty of room in the breakfast area, everything was situated so that everyone wasn’t bumping into each other. Would stay again.

The staff was vey courteous and I appreciated that. Also, our room was very clean. I like that there were no pets nor loud music. It was very relaxing.

The carpet was dirty on the 3rd floor and it had a smell to it. The carpet in our room was fair.

Everything!, where there to drop off my son for camp. Wish I would have booked it when we returned to pick him up...the area is great lost of resturants near by, the room very big and spacious and clean, the staff was wonderful and the pool was open!
