Very nice hotel modern clean and great facilities and helpful staff .Useful as next to the metro line tram and a nice shopping centre.

The WiFi was not available sometimes as they had a fault with the connection otherwise excellent would recommend.

We have always been warmly welcomed as if we were members of the Ramada family - smooth early check-in. The room was large, modern and spotlessly clean. The bed and the 4 pillows were very comfortable . Water, a boiling kettle, tea, coffee, sugar were provided. I was very pleased to find an ironing board and iron. The bathroom is large and there is everything you need. When we came back in the evening , we could enjoy TV programs in many different languages. The room was cleaned every day. All the staff is polite but I am very grateful to Mehmet ( Z) who is very careful and ready to help any time we need. Any time I come to Istanbul I stay at Ramada Merter, although there is a large offer of hotels in Istanbul. The location just steps from the tram stop, mall, Metro is very convenient.

Location was great, 3 min walk from train (T1 line) and shopping centre with lots of shops and restaurants. Staff was amazing, Yousaf was helpful and allow us early check-in at midday. Mehmet was great took our stuff to the room and also spoken with taxi driver to get our mobile phone back (we forgot the mobile in the cab). Azim and Koan were brilliant, arranged the airport transfer for us on our departure. Room was nice too with good control of air conditioning, nice and clean toilets.

Breakfast wasn’t great and there wasn’t much options.

- Staff: The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They were all really great. - Location: The location of the hotel was great. right next to the Gungoren Tram Station (T1 Line) which provided access to the entire city center. One day we went to the city center by tram without using a car. Also, the hotel was right next to Kale Outlet Mall and relatively close to the wholesale clothing area of Merter. - Clean: The rooms were clean and sheets were changed every day. - Parking Security: Parking security was acceptable and the room number was checked every time.

- Parking : The parking lot did not look interesting and was small for this hotel and did not have enough space. If we returned to the hotel late, in addition to the lack of space in the parking lot, there was no space on the street and we had to give the car key to the hotel staff. - Deposit : Upon arrival, you have to pay in advance to use the hotel facilities, including breakfast or minibar. of course, in the last days, because we needed money, the deposit was returned to us with good treatment. - Balcony : The balcony had access to other rooms. I woke up one morning and two people were talking on the balcony in front of our room.

Every thing was good: the rooms , services , location , staffs and employees . I want to thank Emrullah and Mehmet in the hotel . They were very helpful and kind.

I am Samir from Algeria. This hotel is excellent and luxurious, close to the tramway. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, as if I am sleeping in paradise. The housekeeping service is excellent. The bed is very comfortable. The hotel staff are very wonderful. They made me feel like the owner of the hotel. Thank you. I will never forget the days I spent with you. Thank you to Mr. Mehmet. You were kind. Very much with me. Thank you to Mrs. Nazli. Thank you all. I spent ten days in the hotel. I did not see a single defect. I recommend this hotel. Believe me, you will not regret it, and do not believe the negative comments.

There are no flaws, everything is beautiful

- spotless clean room and linen; - silent AC and fridge; - daily cleaning, changing towels and linen; - daily bottled water provided ; - electric kettle - tea, sugar and coffee bags ; - clothes ironing supplies ; - helpful and friendly staff, always ready to offer assistance to the guests, ready to do their best for the guests' wellbeing ; - elegant and welcoming lobby ; - very good location , a few steps from T1 Güngören tram stop ;

If I were the manager, I would choose the cooking and supervising staff for breakfast serving more carefully.

I have nothing to say that I liked it because there was nothing positive about breakfast.

The breakfast was very bad, low quality bread and it ends very early, there were no cakes, there were no croassants at 9:15 and the employee simply said there was no more, the coffee is soluble machine coffee, honestly it's not worth having the coffee . I myself stayed for 5 days and after the disappointment of the first day I preferred to go to a Cafeteria 3 km from the hotel which saved my days.

My stay was great as usual in this hotel. It is always like I came to visit my family. It's been my third stay here and each time I was welcomed by a friendly,helpful, caring and emphatic( in my case ) They are doing their best for the well-being of the guests, but in my memory are Nazli, a very nice lady who was very attentive to my needs and accompanied me in my sad moments, trying to make me feel better. Not to talk about the reception staff, exceptionally mentioning Yusuf, who welcomed me very early in the morning ,very kind and polite. Thank you Ramada, I will always come back to you . Moreover, I recommend you to all my family and friends for your location, comfort, warmth, etc
