Always a pleasure to stay here. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Nice TV and tea/coffee, ironing board and iron, lovely breakfast and space, friendly staff, pleasant bar in the foyer, great shops (M&S) and restaurants (Nando's) next door, one of very few hotels in the region. Very good value for money, and it was easy to book!

The many fire doors with all our luggage, especially with an elderly person, and long walk to the rooms. It was a freezing night, so I felt a bit cold. If you don't have a car, it can be expensive to travel around in the area with Uber etc. But all in all this is a very nice hotel, highly recommended.

Everything was lovely and clean, and the corridors smelt lovely. The beds are super comfy. The shower is good, although the shower enclosure is a bit small. I travel to Leatherhead periodically, and this is my go-to stay

The food was abysmal. The receptionist was very proud to announce that the new menu had been released the day before. I had the cheeseburger, chips, and salad. I got a couple of sachets of mayo and poured them out, and they were so old that the oil had actually separated; it smelt off, so I couldn't eat the chips or the salad. I tried the burger—the bottom of the bun was raw and doughy. Overall, it was such a disappointment. I also had to wait nearly half an hour to order and an hour for food. To give context, there were nine people in the restaurant!

Most things were perfect and the lady that checked me out on reception on leaving was pretty amazing. I was entirely stressed and she showed compassionate and was outstanding. The customer care she gave was second to none. Please pass on my thanks to her.

The room was a long way from reception, which being Christmas with lots of heavy bags was difficult as there were several doors which had to be pulled open but in normal circumstances would be fine. There was a fan/ventilation system that was rather noisy and this unfortunately did keep me awake for much of the night. I had requested a quiet room. I can't recall the ventilation system being this noisy on my last visit. However this would not deter me from staying again.

Room appeared brand new, great amenities including shower room, bed, view was beautiful out to a pound with ducks, with hills and the traction in the background, and the window actually opened fully. Reception team were 5 Stars, super professional, smiley and helpful. Would book again anytime. Stayed in another one of their branch's further south the M25 which was rundown so was pleasantly surprised how great this ones was.

Mayeb windows could have been triple glazed to reduce the sound of teh train a bit more. I guess this would only be an issue for the super light sleepers.

Nice size room, bathroom clean and I liked the fact that there were complimentary toiletries, everything I would want for my stay. Despite the constant traffic due to M25/A3 roadworks there was no noise in the room. All staff I met were very friendly and helpful and welcomed my dog. The dog walking facilities were excellent with some nice touches including bins and picnic benches. A good children's playground too. The hotel has it's own restaurant and with all the food outlets normally associated with Motorway services there was no need to venture out of the complex.

Perhaps a few more sachets of tea, coffee and milk for a twin room for a two night stay?

Food was good for breakfast and dinner. The staff members were friendly. The staff on reception were helpful. The price was good for what we had. Free parking was a bonus. Lots of different food options in the services next door.

Missed not having cereal though. It was very quiet and it could have done with some quiet background music. There was an awkward silence where you could hear everything people were saying so they didn't say much. The bed was too high and difficult not to fall off.

Great location and pet friendly so perfect for the cat show we had to go to. Food hall was amazing but everything closes at 11pm except for Maccies

When booked I could have sworn breakfast was included but when we were sat in the restaurant on the first morning was told no breakfast included which I was shocked and embarrassed by in front of other guests in the dining room. Not the best start to our stay. No ashtrays outside the hotel entrance so lots of butts everywhere- just put a cigarette bin outside the doors it’ would be better for smokers! Shower is the smallest I’ve ever been in and it was incredibly hard to wash your body because you had no room to lift your arms lol Basin was also tiny so water went everywhere when trying to wash your face (more like a cloak room basin) Other than that it was good enough to rest your head after a long day. I would stay again despite my qualms with certain things.

Excellent staff, very helpful and managed to accommodate our request for a ground floor room, the room was pet friendly. The hotel is just off the motorway and the services are next door, so plenty of food choices. Given the 24/7 traffic around the site the room was quiet, the curtains blocked out the light, the room was cool, and we managed to get a good nights sleep.

Unfortunately there are a lot of roadworks in the area, which doubled our time to our morning destination but not really the hotels fault.

Quiet Room overlooking the lake on the ground floor. Clean well furbished room, well positioned full length mirror and choice of lighting modes. Pleased to have a mobile charging point well positioned within arms reach by the side of the bed. Freshly laundered bedding and very comfortable bed and firm mattress Shower cubicle although small was watertight and the shower itself had easy to use temperature controls and a decent sized detachable head with plenty of power, excellent in fact ! I was pleased with the quality and power of the hairdryer provided Drive in FREE parking was a bonus , just provide your car registration at check in Bar by reception, ( didn't use, but useful) Location at a service station made for easy access off the motorway and next door a myriad choice of fast food eateries for a quick bite, if you didn't want to avail of the good value hotel menu for breakfast & dinner

I thought the corridor carpets Ramada inherited from the previous Days Inn complete with coffee stains at intervals was really in need of urgent replacing and was not representational of the fresh decor and cleanliness of the hotel rooms.

Good room for a family of four. we had to walk quite far from reception with lots of luggage which was quite annoying as the luggage trolley was broken, however, the staff assisted us in carry our luggage over a few trips. The breakfast was exceptional and unexpected - the hot food felt lie it was made with a lot of love and attention.

The room itself was quite far away from reception. although it was quite spacious and served purpose. There were a few stains in the room and the showergel/shampoo were empty - we used our own so not the end of the day, but still would expect this to be filled between guests.
