Quiet building. The maintenance team and staff were excellent. We stayed in an apartment with basic amenities, and the most convenient thing for us was the location. It's about a ten-minute walk from the train station, which was very convenient for getting to different parts of the area. Close to shops and restaurants.

Just a few minor details. The sofa was terrible; we sank into it because it was so soft. We had a ground-floor apartment where a lot of light entered our room. There were no blinds, and the curtains are very light. In spring/summer, it's already daylight by 5 a.m. I stayed there before, and they asked me to send a photo of my passport, but now they require a photo of your ID and some receipt in your name.

1. Location wise it is very good. Close proximity to the town center and railway station. 2. Lot of options to buy Groceries. 3. many options to eat outside. 4. very good WiFi service. 5. Neat and clean spacious room with all the operational appliances. 6. All utensils and cutlery available for home cooking and eating. 7. Friendly and efficient Room services team for any onsite support.

1. Dish washer should be provided. 2. Manual/Operation guides for appliances handling should be made available. 3. For washing machine, liquid detergent should be provided rather than the washing powder tablet.

This was a flat so no breakfast. The location was good to both services and transportation which was the point of trying this location out. I did want the management to reach out as we are looking for viable properties in this area for extended stays.

I'm from the US so better explanations/instructions on how some of the appliance's work would be helpful (i.e. the vent fan in the bathroom, the towel warmer, how to use the dryer, etc.)

Modern kitchen, great location, the lift and private parking.

The sofa was uncomfortable. There was a strange odour outside the apartment in the hallway. Some of the other residents in the block were noisy early in the morning (but that’s not the fault of Roomspace).

Within 10 minutes walk from Leatherhead station and central for amenities. Very well equipped and designed apartment ideal base for a 1 week business trip. Quiet location. Efficient communications with host company - overall excellent experience and would use again.

well maintained appliances, good neighborhood, clean and hygienic bathroom. well-lit and ventilated rooms.

3-4 Water bottles should be made available as a part of welcome kit. if possible, keep work instructions to use the appliances.

The room are very neat and clean.

The key collection was the issue. Appreciate the marking on the floor to understand the key collection spot. The number mentioned in the key shall match with the room number to avoid the confusion.

I liked everything. It had everything I needed and the location was very close to the train station.

The shower has a big problem turning the water on and off. The shower tap is very hard and can hardly be turned on.

Nice location in center of Leatherhead. Good facilities in apartment.

Long range (1 week) beetwen housekeeping services.

An excellent location for our needs, walking distance to shops and restaurants with a well equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer. Good heating.

Bedroom just a little too small, making it difficult to access wardrobe and nowhere to put suitcases.
