I recently stayed at this hotel for one night and found it to be exactly what you would expect from the brand—clean, tidy, and well maintained, with a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere throughout. The room and bathroom were both spotless and well presented, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. The bar and lounge area reflected the same high standards.

While there are food delivery options available for those not dining at the hotel, I found the selection to be somewhat limited. Additionally, for guests wishing to eat off-site, it’s worth noting that driving is necessary, though this is no fault of the hotel itself.

Modern hotel with great parking, and exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional staff. The hotel, and our room, was absolutely spotless - I felt that you could have eaten a meal off the floor! There was plenty of space to relax away from one’s room, with a well-stocked bar. The bed was really comfortable with a duvet that actually covered a tall person - unlike ones in some hotels.

The sofas in the communal area could have been a bit taller! We felt as if we were lying on them, rather than sitting in them! Rather undignified and awkward to escape from, but certainly not a deal breaker, more a personal preference.

Quiet and stunning views with very friendly and helpful staff who were all a pleasure to speak too. Excellent value. Two very nice pubs with excellent food very close by and fantastic views of London’s skyline a short walk away. Will definitely book again.

Was all excellent. Perhaps a small fridge in the room would be useful though the staff were happy to put items like freezer packs in their kitchen freezer without any fuss. They also had safe facilities at the reception which was very convenient.

Friendly staff aswell as helpful, id say a good size room for 2 people but for 4 it's a bit of a squeeze, but does it's job. Decent breakfast in the morning, with coffee and juices included, will most probably stay again when nearby. Chessington was the reason for our stay and is around 12 minute's away from there. Good location, pretty much on the racecourse with a couple of pubs in walking distance, id personally say the closer one is better for a more relaxed atmosphere.

Could do with some bigger tables for breakfast, especially when travelling as a 4 can become a little bit cramped

Breakfast was lovely but would prefer to maybe have a choice of egg options not just scrambled. Good choice of breakfast options. Only 10 minutes away from chessignton by car as this was our reason for visit. Lovely peaceful location with stunning views of the racecourse around the hotel.

The room was clean but could have done with a bigger room maybe with better view we were overlooking the noisy fans outside but was tolerable for one night.

We were able to have a top floor room right at the very end. We like it nice and quiet with no one above us and only had one room on one side. I was pleased that I (as a Coeliac), was able to have a cooked breakfast, with the exception of the sausages. A member of staff brought me gluten free toast which was handled separately away from the main area.

The scrambled eggs were very powdery and our other guests all commented on the texture as well. The quality of the marmalade and jam from the dispensers was disappointing and the fruit to go with the yoghurt was in a syrup rather than fresh..

After the room swap (see below) we liked the room and the view of the race course and Grandstand (just about).

I said in advance my wife was in a wheelchair and had access needs, but the first room was completely unsuitable to gain access to the loo and use it. I asked to swap rooms and we were changed to one with a wet room which was fine. I didn't like the air conditioner running all night, maybe we cold have turned it off, I don't know. We haven't stayed in a modern hotel like this before and I couldn't work out how to turn the bathroom lights on. I pressed the switch and nothing happened. I asked at reception and the man said "you press the switch". I said that that didn't work and he looked at me blankly, then a member of public behind me said "you have to put your card, or any card in the slot nearby" OK, why doesn't a sign say that or the staff tell me ? Oh well.

Stayed here before, so the location is beautiful, seeing the horses for their morning exercise on the Downs. Seeing the lights of London at night. Room, as required and spotless. Breakfast is superb; cereal, juices, tea/coffee, then full English and now with bacon - great. Easy for parking. The staff are efficient and friendly, nothing is an effort. We will continue to visit again.

Staff were very accommodating, and the room was exceptional in comfort and cleanliness for the price we paid for the 2 rooms for 1 night. The breakfast started at 6.30 am and that suited us as we had a very busy day planned. The breakfast was plentiful and there was a good choice between cooked and continental.

Our hotel room had a disabled wet room rather than a usual bathroom. I found the floor to be very slippery after we'd had our showers. As for the breakfast, I love mushrooms, which weren't part of the breakfast.

Superb self serve hot and cold breakfast buffet with bean to cup coffee machines and comfortable seating area. Friendly, helpful staff. Large car park and views of Epsom racecourse. Nice desk to work from in my room, clean and comfy bedding

Let down by poor main lighting in rooms, terrible draught under the room door, and in the upstairs corridor some windows leaking from rain. The shower appears gravity fed , tiny shower head.
