Lovely old school charming hotel. Staff were attentive, warm and engaging. Great sized room. Fabulously comfortable bed. Shower really powerful. Plenty of car parking spaces right at the front of the hotel. Good breakfast, not a huge array of food, but more than adequate.

Usually I wouldn’t mind as it’s England and very rarely do we need it,but there is no air conditioning in the rooms and we stayed on one of the hottest weekends of the year. There was a fan in the room though but not quite the same. This did not detract from our stay however and would not deter us from staying there again.

The room was very clean,bed very comfortable,powerful shower,the lounge beautiful and clean. The staff was very friendly,kind and helpful.

I didn't like that in the bathroom the water in sink was going slowly down which was very annoying. The food was very expensive for a small portion of curry,rice also nan bread . I would suggest the staff to check if everything is ok in bathroom and room before guest come like the sink in bathroom also the heating wasn't working but the lovely young lady in reception gave me a small heater which was very kind of her. All staff was very helpful and kind 😊

Good location, not far from Gatwck, which was our primary reason for booking. Lovely old house, with classic features. Very pleasant and attentive staff. We had a couple of problems, but they were sorted out very quickly, and the manager, Muhammad came and apologised, which was nice. A special mention for Savio, Martha and Charlie, who were great.

Ok for a short stay, as wardrobe space was limited. Not a huge menu, but at least it was reasonably priced. A bit noisy as our room was on the main road, but bearable.

Can't understand the rating for this hotel being 7+...it should be 9+. Beautifully decorated rooms and bedrooms. Could not see anywhere, where I could fault this hotel. It's fantastic! Outstanding breakfast with such a huge selection and the salmon and eggs wonderfully cooked. Evening meal in the restaurant was so well cooked with such generous portions. Beautifully decorated, breakfast dining room with such lovely, calming piano music as you ate. All staff, so pleasant and helpful.

We chose the Manor as place to stay as we needed accommodation that was within a relatively short taxi ride of Gatwick Airport as we needed to catch an early morning flight out. The Manor location was perfect for this and it is well located near to the Reigate town for some sightseeing the previous day. We had a great dinner in the Manor dining facilities on the night before leaving.

It is right next to the A217 so there is traffic noise right through the night. The windows are double glazed so it is possible to minimise the noise, if you don't want the windows open.

Not our first time here and we had another good stay. Room was a decent size and everything was clean. Staff friendly as always. Great location for us to visit our son, daughter in law, and grandbaby.

Next time I'll be sure to book a room on the other side of the hotel. While the windows are somewhat sound proof we still heard traffic from the road. But I'm a light sleeper - don't think that it bothered my other half at all.

Upgraded to superior double room which made my stay - I would not have liked a smaller room. Quiet, great shower, comfortably firm bed, clean with lots of additional nice touches. The Hotel is dated but I would stay again and would recommend. Great location to explore North Surrey Downs and easy walk to Reigate town centre.

Difficulty with inital booking using Booking.com, but after a number of calls to the hotel which left me frustrated, it was sorted to my satisfaction.

The hotel was nice and warm ..felt very comfortable there in the bar/lounge whilst my husband was working ..and the food I had was delicious as was our breakfast the next day . The staff were all lovely ..I had a good nights sleep …but I did ask for a room at the back away from the road.

The rooms could do with more of a modern refurb …but they were still warm and comfortable

Great location for what we needed. Had to ask for a wider bed and were moved to a different room. Super lovely receptionist made us feel very welcome. Also had a good quality towel in the bathroom

Initial room smelt a bit Smokey and the second room hadn’t had the tea bags replenished so perhaps housekeeping needs improving but otherwise good

Friendly service, comfortable main bed, lovely breakfast. Spacious bathroom.

Cleanliness not to my satisfaction. False eyelashes stuck to bathroom shelf then another false eye lash was stuck on bottom of mug which was upside down, so very visible. Tea bags and coffee bags had used wrapper beneath them. Writing pad had a dirty mark on it and the feedback form was filled in from previous customer?
