Can’t go wrong on value for money! The room was clean and comfortable. Shower pressure was great. Right next to the train station and the prince of wales pub was nice too.

Good location, cleaner and warmer than expected, nice rooms and friendly staff. Well located very close to a market and a wonderful café. Overall great.

To my knowledge there was only one key. This was not an issue for me and my mother's stay, but maybe there's room for improvement there (I could also be wrong on this point!)

Very friendly welcome. Room was a little dated (as shown in photos) but very comfortable, clean and light. I had a really good night's sleep

Can't fault the accommodation. Tried to get a meal in the bar and got a small pizza delivered to the table in a box with napkin and no cutlery, so would not eat there again, but staff very friendly

We didn't get to fully make the most of hotel as we went to a wedding but really lovely. Bed was amazing best sleep. Little things like kettle cable meant heating kettle on floor. TV remote had no batteries so couldn't watch but was good value for money. Such a lovely pub but didn't get to go to or use but would be nice if staff available in the morning as a full English breakfast in or outside pub would have been great finish.had issues as we wanted to check in at 11am but not possible but we managed.

Perfect location for a nights stay to catch the train to Gatwick. Nice staff and pub for a couple of beers. There's a wonderful breakfast restaurant just across the street. Beds were comfortable.

The rooms smelled musky and damp. Needs freshening up. No cup or coffee, teas or creamers but there's a kettle?? The window doesn't stay open to air it out so I used a couple of books. Be aware there are two flights of steep narrow stairs to get to the rooms.

Location by the station was perfect. There was parking even though it said no parking available. Easy check in. Good shower.

The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was cold. No mirror in the room. No hand soap. Wifi was weak.

Didn’t do breakfast. This property and its friendly staff delivered up exactly what I needed. Really good night’s sleep.

The staff were friendly and helpful and welcoming. The location was good and useful being close to the train station for getting to Epsom Derby Weekend.

The room was worn out and not very clean. Lots of cobwebs, the carpet hadn't been hoovered and there was things that had been missed. Rubbish left from past guests, end knob fallen off the curtains not put back, no lightbulb in one of the lamps, etc,.

a few maintenance issues for the future (eg leaking shower screen, bathroom floor), this didn’t affect my stay.

Great location for work trip to Reigate, close to the station, friendly staff and great food. Basic pub accommodation at a reasonable price when travelling for work.
