This warm and welcoming host, could not do enough for us, he arranged transport to the airport for us at a very reasonable charge, 3 adults on the larger side, 3 suitcases, 3 carry on cases, 2 duffle bags with medical equipment, plus my folding wheelchair and he helped load, unload, we even had a hug goodbye like old friends., We will come back to Ahmet's again and we can't praise this place highly enough. If you like a homestyle welcoming accommodation with an outdoor patio area and a lovely continental breakfast room, with very good pricing, look no further, Thank you so much and we'll see you again x

the short transfer frome the B & B to Gatwick Airport by the owner was GBP 16. should be cheaper

Exceptionally clean stay, comfy spacious beds, ample parking, lovely BnB style hotel with an amazing host and staff. Close to lots of amenities. We originally booked for 3 nights but our job ran into extra days so we needed another room with an extra bed and that wasn’t an issue, despite the short notice. Extra parking was allocated for our large van too. Continental style breakfast in the morning is really nice. Everything about our stay has been lovely and Mr Ahmed is very accommodating. Prices are reasonable too and it’s very close to Gatwick. Ideal for short and long stays. I will definitely be staying here again.

From airport - the train from Gatwick is only 4 minutes and it is about a 10 minute walk from the train station to the B&B. You just need to ask which exit to take from the train station. To airport - we ordered a ride from the B&B and the owner Ahmed, dropped us off at the terminal. It was very easy and convenient. Had I known, I would have also ordered a pick up from the airport as we had 2 suitcases and 2 bags. Room - we were able to check in early and I was extremely thankful, especially as I was travelling with a child and we arrived early in the morning. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The B&B also provided us with water, which was wonderful in the hot weather. Breakfast - there was toast, cereal, fruit, yogurt, muffins and various biscuits to choose from. The staff were very understanding and family-friendly. Location - there were many restaurants and shops nearby, as well a big supermarket and a library. The train station was about 10 minutes walk and it was easy to get into central London. Staff - really welcoming, wonderful and accommodating. Thank you so much to Ahmed and his team!

There could be a bit more variety for the fruit and tea for breakfast. I might suggest adding packets of chocolate milk, depending on if there are many young guests.

Ahmed Humayun, the owner, was friendly and welcoming! We had lovely conversations. He gave us excellent suggestions for places to walk and eat, including: 1) The beautiful Riverside Garden Park where we saw a wild fox as we wandered a lush woodland path along Gatwick Stream. We even met anglers who just captured and released a chub (fish)! 2) Shiraz Bar & Restaurant, a Turskish restaurant (a short walk from the B&B) which featured a diverse menu of delicious options and super friendly staff. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was surprisingly peaceful, considering the airport was so close. The location was next to a bus stop for convenient and inexpensive travel to and from the airport.

We weren't able to take advantage of breakfast because our flight was too early.

Ahmed was really friendly and the taxi service to and from the airport (although £20 each way) was spot on. We stayed over night before our holiday and then on our return Ahmed collected us in the middle of the night and even offered us to use the hotels facilities before our long car journey back to Devon.

Breakfast was a little basic, no hot options but there was enough there to fill you up. The shower wasn't very powerful and the room was a little cold. Having said that I'd still recommend this place to anyone flying from Gatwick and we will come back again

Room big enough for 3 adults, The host was very Friendly and welcoming. The receptionist who welcomed us was also very friendly and polite. The place was near main amenities such as Takeaways and restaurants which made it easy for us to buy food.

The room was on a second floor so not very convenient to access when you have to go up and down on several occasions as there is no lift. The pillows could be replaced as not full anymore. the bathroom was cold but I suppose during summer time, it would not be a problem. The breakfast could be a bit varied by adding eggs.

I checked in late to almost midnight but the arrival was easy and smooth, only needed to pick up my room key, which was placed ready on the receptionist desk. The host was friendly and helpful. I could also borrow an adapter from them. The room is tidy, decent enough for the price, the bathroom even has bathtub. The B&B is a short walk from the bus station, and it was also a short ride from-to Gatwick Airport. Perfect for a lay over stay.

the toilet flush was a bit too slow to pump

Ahmed was an exceptional host for my wife, friends and myself. We stayed here one night before an early morning flight, and he accommodated our needs for car parking during our holiday, transportation to the airport, and provided breakfast earlier for so us to grab before our flight. When we returned from our holiday to collect the car, he offered us the b&b facilities and beverages before making our way home. Ahmed went above and beyond to make us comfortable and welcomed. Incredible value for excellent service. Would recommend 100%.

Location close to neighbourhood commercial area with shops, coffee places, pubs, etc. Also very short walk to the train line. Very attentive host. Nice continental breakfast. We had a ground floor room with doors that opened to a small patio area and the back yard. It was nice to let in the fresh air and sit outside for a bit.

We both thought the bed pillows were too solid (firm). We walked from the airport along a busy street to the property and did not enjoy it. Maybe more info on the booking.com site about the Best option for getting to the property from the airport (bus number and where to catch it; train options and where to catch it).
