Our room was spotlessly clean, the linen was fresh, and the beds were very comfortable. It was very reasonably priced, and perfect for an overnight stay ahead of a very early morning flight. We needed to check out at 3.30am and this was not a problem for the guesthouse. Was a less than 5 minute ride to the airport, so also well located. They also allowed me to park my car there for the 5 days that I was traveling - at a fee of course, but it was very convenient for me.

Was a little bit noisy......but I guess that's to be expected when you're open almost 24/7. Someone accidentally barged into our room at 9pm .....probably our fault for not locking the door behind us, but perhaps better security needs some attention?

Shocked at how good the facilities were for the price, tea/coffee/water, hairdryer, fridge all in the room. Easy to find, lovely staff and clean (albeit a little old and in need of updating)

Arrived at 1030pm and left before 8am but was still charged £10 parking, should be a reduction for literally overnight parking or include it in the cost. Needs a refurb tbh it is a little descevelled and dated so would benefit from a lick of paint, new carpets and the shower re-sealed. But worth the money and would definitely stay again.

Good location quite near to the airport by cab. Not walkable with luggage as there’s no pavement and a busy road. Staff were very welcoming and carried luggage upstairs and downstairs again when I left. My room was quiet and had a pretty view of a tree and sky. No traffic noise. A ten minute walk to a very pretty old pub with good service and choice of food/drinks. Supermarket five minutes away.

No lift. No food served on the premises. Small bathroom, small shower cubicle and hand basin.

Right next to bus stop for 24 hour bus to and from the airport. £1.75. Clean and comfortable bed and friendly staff.

We didnt get breakfast as unfortunately we had to leave a little earlier than they started serving

People stood directly under our bedroom window smoking for the majority of the night, also greeted by a group of people smoking weed when we arrived, blowing it in our direction as we walked past, considering we had 3 children with us, I would’ve have liked it to be a bit better. Shower in our room wasn’t great as the shower head was split and the actual shower was quite small

The family room was all one room but separated by a wall. Adequate space for our family 2 adults 3 children. We also used their paid parking for a trip out of Gatwick airport, very convenient to get to Gatwick on a short ride on the 20 bus. Worked well for us.

The building is aging, the bathroom in particular is not 5 stars (there was a tile which appears to be falling in, and the shower water power is very limited)... But overall the stay worked for us and was great value for money. Staff member was nice and made an effort to interact with the kids which made them laugh.

The location, we had a meal in the nearby village it was lovely. Also walking distance to the supermarket (Tesco). And great bus services to take us to Gatwick airport, very convenient. The staff were friendly and took our luggage up to our room, for us, even though we were OK to carry it ourselves. A really enjoyable stay. If we travel to Gatwick again, we would definitely go back.

The position of the bed, only one side you could easily get out of bed, the otherside you had to climb over. Perhaps the bed could be moved so that there is space for both sides.

We had an unforgettable family holiday at this fantastic property! Its convenient location near Gatwick airport, spacious layout, stunning decor, and excellent amenities made it ideal for our family. The taxi service was just 2-3 minutes away, and bus stops were within a minute's walk. The staff were super friendly and always available to help. It was not far from Gatwick Airport and there was a bus stop right outside the room. The room was bigger than expected and the service was decent, the bathroom was rather large, it was a rainy day but it was ok. It's a huge lot basically turned into a hotel.

The staircase was too narrow, The long walk from the gate to the main door as the bricks weren't aligned especially when you have a broken or large baggage. Nothing much other than that, all was ok. Sorry for the pics, as I had to crop them from Videos.

Close location and suitable for family of 5 on short notice! Very comfortable and accommodating. Really kind service with Hassan, flexible on check in & out timings. Amazing hot shower! And a decent bed, very thankful for this stay

Bathroom could do with a bit of a scrub down but otherwise really fantastic comfortable bed & clean sheets & towels
