Big room. Good breakfast. Loved the on-site restaurant. There's also a limited room service menu that you can order on the phone and pick up at the restaurant and take back to your room. Reception staff were flawless.

Bad soundproofing between rooms. Never heard back how to get the shuttle from Gatwick, so I took a local bus and walked 5mins. I took the shuttle back to Gatwick the next day, costs £5 (runs approx every 45mins). Room smelled a bit stuffy. No one picked up the phone when I called twice to order room service, but went to restaurant instead.

The hotel is very good, the room is big and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet so easy to sleep.

The shuttle bus went once an hour and wasn't very convenient. I thought the hotel would be closer to Gatwick as it looks like it's hugging the airport but it's on the other side from the terminals. I also didn't like that Booking automatically assigns exceptional to the hotel so I had to write this review to not give a false impression to new guests. The hotel is good it's just the shuttle bus that was an issue.

The staff were attentive, professional, polite and made me feel like my status as a customer was important to them. There was not a single moment during which I thought the staff were not doing exactly the right thing and with a pleasant demeanor.

I would have appreciated a very specific description, with photos, of how to find the hotel shuttle at Gatwick airport, and what cost I should expect to pay for that transport option. I believe that future customers would greatly benefit from such information being easily obtained on the Booking website, as well as on the Hotel's website.

It was clean, modern, comfortable and very good value for money, shuttle bus takes 5 mins to and from both north and south terminal, I was emailed the bus timetable in advance and also able to book extras if needed, we have evening meal ehich was lovely and also added the breakfasts in the morning, plenty to choose from buffet style continental and cooked. Was a very comfortable stay before our long haul flight the next day, even a little gym for those that want to do a little workout in evening or morning before flight, would be happy to stay here again, thank you

Loved the contemporary feel of this hotel. It's quirky and characterful in a really good way and everything feels quite new and fresh. There was a lively and friendly vibe in the bar and restaurant. The bed was super comfortable. The walk in shower was spacious and powerful. Fluffy white towels. The shuttle service to the airport worked well and is reliable.

The body wash in the shower was empty, so I had to get out and grab some of the hand washing soap by the sink. There was some black mould around the silicon grouting on the shower. This is my pet peeve with hotels and could be easily dealt with using a bleach mould remover. The reception guy was a bit cold on arrival, though he was extremely efficient.

We stayed at the hotel so we could attend our friends wedding at a lovely location that was less than 20 minutes from the hotel. We loved the location as it made it easy for us to attend the event and the ease it provided getting in and out of London. The members of staff were very helpful and warm. We loved our room, though we didn't get the tarmac facing room, but we got a fair sighting of the planes taking off from the airport. The food was also nice, and being able to take a walk to Aldi on a Saturday in Gatwick, not too far, and not feeling overwhelmed by traffic close to Gatwick made our stay such a pleasant one.

Though the shower in our room was okay and did its work, giving us warm water and all, it did look like it needed some aesthetic touch-up. Some of the paint was coming off. This wasn't an issue for us. The tea and coffee area might also do well with some lightning. Also, I don't know how things work with hotel entertainment, but having guests pay to watch movies felt a bit low. Why not just get Netflix and add a few extra quid to the rates?

Easy to get to from LGW via the shuttle buses which is 5GBP per person each way. Nice that it was the first stop and also the first stop at LGW on our return, nothing worse than going round the hotels before reaching yours. Staff were attentive and checked in very quickly, situated on the top floor which was great as not a fan of having noise above. Very quiet, slept well. Night before we dines on site and the food was very good value and the staff were lovely behind the bar and were interested in having a conversation with you whilst there. Overall really happy and would use this accomodation in the future for our airport stays.

The only down side to this hotel is that the shuttle is not as frequent as you would most probably like when transporting to and from a busy airport. The timing in which we arrived at LGW we had just missed a shuttle so had to wait 45mins which was super long as all you want to do is get back and relax the night prior to departure. But knowing the times for the shuttle helps you plan when leaving to catch your flight.

The interior was very modern, chic and sexy. I didn't expect it and was positively surprised. Check in went smooth and fast by the masculine, attentive reception. I like that there is a door to prevent noises, and spaceous stairway to go up and down. The hallway to the rooms were carpet so you won't hear steps and noises. All the rooms were soundproof and gave a cool vibe. The menu card offers a variety of food selection which is convenient as there is nothing nearby (!) Regarding cleanliness my room was spot clean, as well the bathroom.

The location is impossible to reach by foot or public transportation, only taxi or uber. Regarding the dining area it was small for my taste. Another thing is the tea and coffee shelf in the room is completely dark, so it was funny for me using my phone light.

Very straightforward. Food and drink was delicious and well priced.

This was more of a problem of Trains and airport. Found it difficult to find directions to get from Train/ airport to hotel. I arrived at 9:00, tired and and a little disorientated. Exited via a back door onto poorly lit area. Couldn’t understand bus timetable. Was expecting a shuttle service. Looked on Google Maps and saw the cycle/ walking route. Decided to take that. It was terrifying. Dimly lit. I was convinced that I was going to be mugged or worse. Finally arrived safe at Hotel after a stressful walk. I’m sure that I could have found a safer way to get to you, but that information wasn’t immediately obvious.

Style of hotel. Cleanliness. Size of rooms. Quiet. Very nice people working there. Shuttle available to airport. Note there is a CHARGE for it - not complimentary.

Half of menu isn't offered for dinner service at 8:30pm. Elevators very small. Soap in shower and lotion were both empty. These are basics to ensure are always available to the guest. No proper coffee available for earliest flights. Consider adding simple, premade coffee service in lobby for those heading to airport very early. Complimentary would be nice but charge small fee ok. Shuttle driver knew nothing about airport and where to get off for checking in to specific airlines. They should be well educated to inform passengers who don't know.
