We has a super late delayed flight and booked this from Bordeaux airport. Exhausted we were pleased to arrive at midnight to such a nice room and slept hours. Checking in was easy and water offered. We had t planned on a hotel and the price was right after the mess of EZjet it was wonderful.

They cannot help the location as hotels around the airport are far from accessible easily. We raced to the shuttle and waited half an hour and it never came apparently times were not up to date. Tried to call hotel but no pick up. So we had to go back up a flight and have an expensive taxi of £29 as Uber was off. Not hotels fault. The next day the shuttle was accurate it costs £pp for trip to airport then we caught train home.

The room was incredibly spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The WiFi was fast and worked well. Good, spacious desk in the room. Air conditioning worked well and the window opened slightly to allow fresh air. The bar and restaurant had an expansive menu of food and drinks at about the expected prices for a chain airport hotel. The food was tasty, fresh and good quality. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection and was fresh and hot. With one exception, the staff were friendly and helpful. Shout out to Krish on reception who let us check in a bit early and gave us a very nice room. He even helped us with our cases. He definitely went above and beyond. Awesome team member.

One of the waitresses was very abrupt and didn't seem to know how the meal packages worked. She tried to charge us for a meal that had already been included in our room rate. Our room was literally next door to a function area and there was loud music and partying going on until 1am. It wasn't a problem for us as we are night owls, but this would have been a problem if you wanted an early night and are a light sleeper.

We stayed one night at the Crowne Plaza and had a great experience. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout. The room was comfortable and we also appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the tea/coffee facilities, good air conditioning and a clean bathroom. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and really enjoyed the food, good quality and reasonably priced. The buffet breakfast in the morning had a wide selection, including hot options, pastries, and fresh fruit.

There is parking available at the hotel but charges apply.

The hotel overall was superb, the room was great except for the bathroom, which was absolutely freezing. Our welcome on entering was warm, friendy and efficient. The room was small but spotless, perfectly styled and decorated, with everything you needed and very relaing We had a meal in the Olive Restaurant, which was excellent, the service was quick and the staff attentive without being everpowering. The food was absolutely delicious, with every course. We had a great nights sleep as the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast in the morning, again was delicious and the self service was well run, the coffee machine worked well and was good quality. All over the hotel it was well maitained and very clean and the staff from Manager to the cleaners, were efficient, friendly and concientious. WE will return and can highly reommend this hotel. Only one thing,the Bathroom in our room 514 was very, very cold.

This was a quick stopover prior to our flight to Cyprus for our summer holiday. The bathroom was sufficient for our purposes, and there was adequate space for our luggage. We both enjoyed our breakfasts prior to our departure and were provided with takeout coffees during the wait for our taxi to the airport for our outbound journey.

The room was far too hot, as was the duvet. At home our bedroom is quite cool to aid sleep, and I can choose my pillow at night, depending on how my back is - I have Osteoporosis in my spine.

We had an early flight so just needed somewhere familiar and near the airport where we could arrive late, get some food, get a good night's sleep, and head out early. The hotel was perfect for all of these tasks. As we drove to the hotel and needed to drop our car off at the meet and greet airport parking it was important that the hotel had parking spaces and while I was a bit worried (since they said they couldn't guarantee it) in the end there was a huge amount of parking available.

From the moment of check in with friendly staff, to the well appointed and exceptionally clean room the whole stay was excellent. A good choice of hot and cold food was available for Breakfast, both buffet style or a reasonable alternative choice cooked to order. In the evening the bar was prepared to mix cocktails, Long Island ice teas, not on the drinks list, which I would call “making sure we raise our game to meet our gusts needs”

Had a slight issue with the EV charger, though is seemed to be back up and charging within 12 hours. There is a very good 24 hour fast charger located about 1 mile away so this was not an issue as such.

Basic ambience - restaurant, bar etc. Staff very helpful and welcoming at reception, breakfast and dinner. The evening deals were hotel prices but not over-the-top. In some hotels, eating at the restaurant is just not a choice because of the inflated cost, but not so here.

Our room was missed for servicing day two (of our four night stay) and at 4.00 on the next day we asked for it to be cleaned, assuming we would be missed that day as well. NOTE: It was then attended to very speedily.

The location suited our needs. We were meeting family who were returning from Italy and would be picking up our grandson on arrival. We did not eat at the hotel, we found the bed comfortable. We were able to charge our EV on a rapid charger capable of charging 2 cars at once.

We did not like the £12 overnight carpark charge. We requested a twin room but were given a double which we did not realise until after we had reached the room. We had our grandson with us at that point and did not wish to pursue the upset by investigation the possibility of changing rooms to a twin, and besides, the grandson had started scoffing the biscuits etc.

I recommend to book your flight via LGW and hotel at crown plaza. It's less crowded and quiet whenever touring London. The location of the hotel is 30 minutes away by bus from London Gatwick airport costs 1 gbp or by airport taxi costs 28 gbp. The shopping mall and restaurants are 10 minutes walk. Furthermore, you can book tours via klook (Windsor castle, Stonehenge, Oxford) where meeting place would be in Victoria couch station. You can spend your whole day touring downtown london via city sightseeing bus and sleep peaceful at crown plaza. The international breakfast buffet is served until 10am. You can sit and meet people from airline industry, student and local tourists. Mr. Krisha and Ms. Diana were friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back here.

Please add Asian menu like dumplings, sushi and adobo.
