I've stayed here on a number of occasions when working in the area and never had any issues whatsoever. In fact, the management have been responsive and kept in touch when I left items, as well as assisting in changing dates and booking direct when I needed to. The room is comfy with a Velux that opens very wide and allows for a sense of the local area, which is green and open. The private bathroom is functional. The car park was never full for me and didn't have any issues with WiFi after I was connected, so very happy!

The bathroom is smaller than I'd prefer, especially the sink and the toilet which is against the slanted roof. Not a reason to book elsewhere, just a little challenging. The shower is a little noise and walls are a little thin, so if other guests are loud or chatty at 3am, you may hear it. Despite being under the flight path, it's not too noisy at all. There's not much to dislike here.

Quiet and easy access for early morning Gatwick flight. The room was basic but was comfy and very clean. The receptionist was very helpful and kind. No fussiness which is how I like it. Was close to flight path but little noise was heard from the landing planes.

The TV in our room was not tuned in, tried but couldn’t find any channels even though the hotel has an ariel. Did not understand this. Should be important to have a bit of entertainment as there is not much else to do. Did allow to log onto Netflix etc but wasn’t worth it for one night. Another strange thing was only having one member of staff, thought there should be at least a small team. If that was me living and working there on my own I would feel very isolated, alone and importantly vulnerable. The receptionist does everything. Finally, our shower was not soaking away so the bathroom floor did flood.

A lovely welcome, very helpful and pleasant. They don't do evening meals, however, we found The Plough pub nearby, which serves amazing home cooked meals, which is highly recommended. The full English breakfast was disappointing - the bacon tasted past its sell by date, the fried egg yolks were all broken and hard, the baked beans were not hot enough, the mushrooms and hash browns were great. The aircraft taking off from Gatwick didn't bother us. Our room# 101 TV Freeview channels were such a low power signal you couldn't watch them, the streaming channels were all super. Great place for an overnight stay prior to catching an early flight at Gatwick, especially as the price is so conducive. Thank you Guys!

We stayed briefly before an early morning flight from Gatwick. Location and price was excellent. Parking over the road perfect. comfortable room, everything we needed, tea/coffee... We did not have breakfast as we left very early. check out was easy

The room was clean and tidy with two single beds larger than normal. There is a kettle and tea, coffee and milk etc. The ensuite shower was clean and functional with complimentary toiletries in case of forgetting anything. The man who checked us in was polite and friendly. We requested a hair dryer for my wife, and he was able to get one right away. Although we found that the room already had one. So all in all very good experience for a stop on our way to the airport. Car parking is right out the front of the entrance.

It's probably our mistake in setting up the satnav, but there are two hotels in the same group with similar names, and of course, we went to the wrong one first. The reception was very nice and explained that we were in the wrong place and directed us on our way.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Trivelles Waterhall Gatwick and utilizing their airport parking services, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and stress-free, making me feel right at home. The convenience of the airport parking was a huge plus, especially with Gatwick Airport just a short drive away. The peaceful, scenic surroundings of the hotel were a perfect contrast to the usual airport hustle and bustle, offering a relaxing start to my trip. My room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The attention to detail and care the staff put into their work was evident throughout my visit. Whether you’re looking for a quiet place to stay near Gatwick or reliable airport parking, Trivelles Waterhall is a top-notch choice. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying there again!

The rooms a big the location is perfect and views lovely. Plenty of tea/coffee mak8ng stuff and good shower and bathroom. The main reason we chose is offers car parking at £10 per night while on holiday which is very well priced, however it is only thier car park with no security at all, but due to location was very safe we felt.

Even though the rooms are classed as large our room only had a 4ft bed in it which was a bit small to be able to have a good comfortable night's sleep. We stayed twice once on way to holiday and once on return, had 2 different rooms but 4ft beds in both so beds need to be at least a double. Thus saying the price seems expensive for the facilities provided.

The room was small, but it was only for myself. The shower was really good & the bed was comfy. The receptionist was very helpful when welcoming me to the hotel, she was able to fix the TV as it wasn't working correctly when first switched on & I was provided with extra tea & milk when requested on Sunday afternoon. Overall, a really nice stay somewhere I had not stayed at before. I will keep on my list for future accommodation

I liked the friendly and attractive staff member I chatted with. I also liked the country setting. I liked that the hotel felt clean and cared for.

It would be nice if there were a vending machine for snacks, since the hotel is rather far from any amenities. Note that this hotel would be difficult to access without a car.

Checking in and out the property was so easy and reception were so attentive and answered any questions we had. There is plenty of car parking, Deliveroo can deliver there so your holiday really starts from when you arrive here. Bathroom was big and had literally everything you need, I cannot fault the place at all, if you’re getting an early flight to Gatwick - book this place you will not be disappointed.
