A compact room and did exactly what I needed. Easy to get to and with the bonus of free parking in a private courtyard. Small fridge in the room with tea making facilities too. Less than 5minutes drive to local shops, pubs and takeaways too. Would book again the host for very friendly and welcoming upon my arrival.

As the room is so compact there is no storage for luggage. This could be remedied by putting in a bed with draws to stow items away and switching out the open clothes rail for a small bedside cabinet/or compact chest of draws. This would also add a counter top to place items. I ended up putting my backpack on the window ledge to get it off the floor. Also adding in a coat hook on one of the doors or the wall facing the entrance door would be great too as I had no where to place my coat other than the corner of the bathroom door.

Gino is a friendly and helpful individual. From the start to finish everything was smooth. My room was spacious, immaculately clean and quiet. Having a mini fridge in the room is a bonus. Rooms are just as you see in the pictures. The property has so much character on the landing and lobby and is beautifully presented by furniture. The location is fantastic, away from the hustle and bustle of Crawley and yet so close to everything you need, town centre , supermarket, fuel station, ... The parking is secure and the property is equipped with security cameras. Great value for money too. I definitely recommend Gino's for a pleasant stay and I will return in future if I need an accommodation in Crawley. Thanks Gino.

Can't fault it.

I originally booked the single , box room which was on the small side but I had 4 nights there as I had some exams to sit in a nearby location. I moved to the first room on the left at the top of the stairs and it was perfect. I’ll definitely book that room next time , for my annual tests. The bed was so comfortable. Room immaculate with crockery and a fridge , en suite bathroom , lovely and warm. Host was a lovely man. Welcoming and polite and carried my suitcase. Despite being on a quiet , leafy , country road , it took me 5 minutes to get to Manor Royal for my exams , during rush hour traffic. Perfect for upcoming flight attendants in training. Highly recommend.

The whole stay was brilliant. The room was really clean, comfortable and well equipped. I was given fresh milk for the coffee stored in a fridge in the room. There was also cutlery so when I ordered food there were useful utensils. The bedding was so warm and fresh. The owner welcomed me personally and was really friendly. The added bonus of parking for the length of my stay meant I could travel from Gatwick easily. It's a really peaceful location too.

Not one thing... whenever I travel from Gatwick I will be staying here.

The property is beautiful, quiet and comfortable. Location is perfect, close to the town and Airport but far enough out to be able to enjoy the surrounding fields and old buildings just a few minutes walk away. Gino and his staff are welcoming, helpful and do their utmost to accommodate even the most unlikely of Guests with grace. I will be back again! (making it my 3rd Visit!) Thankyou!!!

Gino's open and very cheerful greeting. He was very welcoming. Showed the room and explained everything. I loved the shower! It was probably one of the best shower experiences I have had, almost spa like. Very good water pressure. The towels had a nice fresh smell to them, soft. Really nice. The bed was really good with lots of pillows, which made my sleep super comfy. The arrangement was very smart and the place was squeaky clean. It truly is a gem!

All the basic standards were met - Clean room, Tea/Coffee, Privacy and very helpful with local taxi services. Gino and his staff are excellent hosts and made me feel most welcome. I arrived off an early flight and they made a huge effort to get me into my room before the official check in time (12:00). My outbound flight was a late flight and again they allowed me to extend for a few extra hours in my room. Generally, when they can go a little further for the Guest - they do! I got home made cookies on arrival too! How good is that!!

Could not get any internet signal in my room despite being a password by the door - terrible signal. Bathroom was the tiniest I have ever seen step in - step out - however bathroom fixtures and fittings were top notch, very aesthetic and modern.

The owner was there to greet me when I arrived showed me to my room and all facilities available. Loved the rain shower. Brought milk for Tea and switched the fridge on for me.

The mattress on the bed was sagging in the middle and very hot with a sheet and blanket. Difficult to dry my hair without a fixed mirror and my car tyres didn't like the stones as very difficult to turn around on them.

Very comfortable bed, great location for airport and very good value.
