We were collected from Gatwick Airport at night. The breakfasts were very good. It is advertised as a B&B. So I made the mistake of believing that Breakfast was included automatically, but it was not. We paid the extra. We thought that the setting was beautiful.

Our bathroom was huge, but the shower small, with the door opening inward. The floor is a bit slippery. All the rooms are on the second floor, with no lift. We are in our 70s and 80s and came after 5 weeks of travel, huge suitcases. We were assured that that there would be help. On arrival arrival there was was help. Departure, we were told collect by the front door 7am, not to disturb them as they would be asleep until then. You need a car. They were good enough to collect us in the village the next day. We'd walked in, but it as raining on the way back. You need to get into the village again for dinner and walk back. Hopefully it is not raining. During the day the hedgerows are lovely. At night there is no pavement or street light.

It was great being able to pick options for bfast the nite before. And the access and ability to get breakfast basics (yogurt, cereal, fruit, juices) before the start of general breakfast hours made leaving for our early flight a breeze. David and Julia made transportation easy with their $10 taxi fee. We used that for a drop off and pick up at the local pubs. The best thing was their customer service.....they made sure that one of the pubs would serve us when we arrived late our first night. And they got us to the airport for our morning flight. Room # 1 was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Great bed, and a wonderful bathroom with a great shower. It had a mini refer, and kettle,with tea, hot chocolate, instant coffee, and some cookies and chocolates. The linens were changed daily.

We had a problem finding their shuttle service when we arrived at Gatwick.

I chose Trumbles for its convenience to Gatwick and pickup service but had no idea what a wonderful and character-filled place it would be. The stetting, near a small village in farmland, is pleasant and quiet, and the house is gracious and meticulously maintained, and extremely comfortable with a nice garden (and a deluxe bathroom). Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the hosts made us feel at home. I look forward to returning for a longer stay to spend time relaxing here while exploring the area.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place

David made an extra trip to the airport to pick up one of our ladies, as she wasn't feeling well, and our luggage so 3 of us could head into the city. Their home was delightful, serene and relaxing for our short stay. Thank you for a wonderful overnight experience. It exceeded our expectations.

I thought I booked rooms on the ground level. I was surprised when we got there and we had stairs as we had older ladies and one with a walker. I might have missed this as I researched many accommodations for a weeks stay during our trip to 3 areas. Also communication was slow when I tried to directly contact the BnB after I booked with Booking.com.

A gorgeous place close to Gatwick but in the countryside. It is run by a friendly and very efficient couple. Everything is clean and comfortable, good shower, comfortable bed. Breakfast is amazing. The tables are in a lovely conservatory at the back of the house and you can have a continental or cooked breakfast which was delicious. The village close by has a beautiful Norman Church and a pub serving good food. The airport pickup and drop off for a small fee was so convenient. We will stay here again if flying in or out of Gatwick.

The wifi comes and goes a lot and it took me a long while to load a website and check in for my flight. This is our only negative about this place and sounds like maybe not the owners fault so we still gave them 10 out of 10.

Great hosts, location, garden & accommodations. Breakfast in a quite setting with choice of items and at a time that works with your schedule. Transportation to and from Gatwick Airport by the host at a reasonable cost made sightseeing a breeze. (1080AD church in Charwood village)

Fantastic location for generic routes. Beautiful room and very nice food and lovely people.

The cost that I was charged was a lot more than what a Tesla Supercharger would cost me or using a public charger... I suggest if you are going to mark up your prices for use that you advertise on your website or mention the p/kwh you will be charging. Furthermore, I still haven't received a receipt of the cost as requested to present to my company. Please can this be sent asap? Other than that I really enjoyed staying at your B&B.

Breakfast in the conservatory, enjoying great food and splendid gardens. The building is graceful and cozy. The annex is private and extremely comfortable. Heated floors, a large shower, fridge and microwave add to the already pleasant surroundings. Convenient to the airport and providing a shuttle service make it a stepping off point for your homeward journey.

Nothing that affects the overall positive nature of this B and B.

Excellent location for us who was to embark a plane to USA thde next morning. Breakfast very nice - we could choose from a series of ingredients in a great english breakfast. Kind, hospitable hosts helping us with transport to loval restaurant and back to Gatwick airport the next morning.

Nothing wrong - other than the two local pubs - around the corner where ewe might have got an evening meal were closed - so we had to travel 3-4 kilometres to find a dinner restaurant. The host took us both ways so it was not actual a problem.

David and Julia were delightful hosts. Thank you. A beautiful property, gorgeous location but within 10 minutes drive of Gatwick airport. Room was extremely comfortable. Breakfast delicious. The lift to and from the airport went without hitch and the car was nice & safe for the duration of our holiday. We can thoroughly recommend this bed and breakfast / holiday parking idea it saves so much hassle on the day of your flight as well as on your return.
