Excellent location for airport. Standard of decor done to high level. Fridge and microwave good addition to the room. Coffee table very clever idea. Bed very comfortable, and being able to adjust room temperature to our liking worked well. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

Some small issues were highlighted when we left. Water on the floor after shower, which could be a sealant issue. Spotlights near window flickering when you switched on the light. The fridge door, when opening, also catches on the wardrobe frame. The staff member on reception made a note of the issues we raised to pass onto the maintenance team to resolve.

We cannot fault anything...stayed over for one night ( 22nd Aug) in a twin double room (3 adults and one child-12 yrs) as we had to drop my mum at the Gatwick airport today 23rd..staffs were very welcoming and friendly..clean room/ bathroom.. Breakfast was superb..never eaten such a yummy egg at bfast!!!! Asked for veggie burgers and they were provided within 10 mins.. Hot Mocha was first class! Flight was delayed and we were allowed to stay in the lounge for 3 hours.. Parking at the hotel, secure one, didn't mind paying the £10. Would you come and stay here again...a DEFINITE YES YES YES!!!! For more than one night so that we can enjoy the pool next time. Thank you to the whole team. 10+ stars!!!!! Cannot find anything that we didn't like

Clean hotel, very modern, friendly staff, did check in very quick and smooth. The room was very clean, spotless, tea and coffee in the room free. Beds and pillows very comfy, nice, quiet room with good soundproof windows. We had dinner in the restaurant and we were very pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and comfort! The menu was amazing, 5 star, the food delicious and served in a modern a professional way! Very impressed! The breakfast in the morning had variety of continental and English breakfast. There is a coffee machine next to the lifts where the coffee is better than the one served for breakfast. Also the hotel location was very convenient for our car parking booked the next day / North terminal/. We had excellent stay!

An excellent stay, we had two interconnecting rooms which were brilliant for my husband and three boys and I. Everything was spotlessly clean and rooms have lots of modern features and comfortable beds. Staff went above and beyond by printing and scanning some important documents for me, special thanks to Olia and gentleman on reception who helped in this regard , much appreciated! In the morning before our early flight my boys enjoyed a free hot chocolate in the lobby and the staff were very friendly and helpful too. Many thanks ☺️

Nothing everything was fantastic!

The property was 5 mins drive away from train station, and 15mins away from Gatwick Airport. It has a heated pool with towels provided. The staff are very very helpful, kind and couldn’t do enough for you. They had an Easter egg hunt for the children and then gave a small chocolate. We ate dinner, with our daughter who had allergies and they were very helpful in trying to provide something for her to eat. Hotel is very clean and lovely decor. Room was perfect for a family, air con worked fine, shower was powerful. The hotel was amazing would definitely return.

Some gluten free options at breakfast would be lovely, but the hotel itself is perfect!

The Sandman Signature Gatwick Hotel was simply a most wonderful surprise! After my outstanding experience at the exceptional facility and staff, it will always be top of my list to return to again and again when in the area. Special thanks to Adrian (sp.) at front desk reception!!. For anyone with very young children, my room had a very comfortable trundle bed, fridge AND microwave, this was just simply bliss for me. With a 1 yr old and a 5yr old, did not have to keep leaving the room to heat up baby food. Room service was again, exceptional especially as my Gluten and Dairy allergies were catered for , not to mention 1st hotel I have had such variety off their restaurant menu. Pool was such good fun too. Overall, would highly recommend. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one!

The pool was clean and well-maintained, and the gym was equipped with modern equipment. Overall, my stay was thoroughly enjoyable, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable experience.

Had a lovely one night overnight break prior to flight to the USA. Travelled with my elderly parent with dementia and our two children. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool and steam room facilities were great and we enjoyed a drink in the bar also. The booking staff were helpful and booked adjoining rooms with the door open between the rooms. The staff were amazing and accomodating. My parent left their wallet with cash and all their cards in the hotel room. The staff contacted us when we were at the airport and brought the wallet and handed over to us at the airport. They went above and beyond to help us and I cannot thank them enough for their honesty, professionalism and integrity.. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again.

The female changing rooms had towels and hair dryer but cannot remember seeing complimentary shower gel and shampoo dispensors on the wall. This maybe a useful addition.

The room had all the things that you would need such as plenty of towels and wash cloths etc. The staff were very professional and friendly and offered a great service. Breakfast was lovely.

That the family room was adjoined by another room so we could hear the guests next door which became a little bit distracting which woke me up in the morning. The family room could have had a little bit more floor space, I am grateful that the room had everything we needed but it was a little bit too heavy on the furniture.

We were completely blown away by this hotel... from the grand entrance, the staff and service are impeccable. During our 2 night stay we took full advantage of all the amenities available and surpassed all our expectations. To begin with there is open access to a coffee machine and fresh fruit near reception availible 4am-12pm free of charge. The pool and steam room were clean and relaxing, the gym has all modern equipment and again is bright and clean. Continental breakfast has a great range of food, all the food avaliable was undeniably fresh. The restaurant itself has a great atmosphere and the staff couldn't do enough for you, this was definitely worth the money. We also ordered room service from the menu and the food was divine. We visited the bar which had entertainment and a friendly atmosphere the drinks weren't too expensive. Although we weren't flying the services to and from the airport are displayed everywhere and seem convenient and efficient as so many were using these services during our stay. We will 100% be returning to the hotel and recommending to others. Thank you to all staff at the hotel we really enjoyed our stay.

The room could do with a good clean. The sofa had animal hairs on it, not that it bothered us as pet owners but for someone with allergies this could have been a problem. The bathroom had past occupants hair and animal hair over the floor and the whole room needed a dusting. The room itself had everything we needed even an ironing board and the decor was lovely.
