My fiancé (now husband) and I stayed here before and after our wedding night - the owners immediately made us feel welcome on arrival and ensured we had everything we needed. Sitting in the private garden with drinks and nibbles, watching the birds was a lovely way to relax before our big day. The hotel felt very secluded and peaceful, and was tastefully decorated. Breakfast was delicious too and the petals on our bed after our wedding night was a lovely touch 🌹 We recommend staying here in the Orchid room if you're looking for a romantic getaway ❤️

The room was slightly too warm in the hot weather so air con would have been wonderful. We appreciated the fan though!

We had the most perfect pre wedding retreat . It was the perfect sanctuary - every detail thoughtfully considered . I particularly loved the generous bedroom and real fire ! The decor was very tasteful - I felt as if I was in a spacious luxury home . The views were a joy - The hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. She ensured that the space was immaculate throughout but with a warmth and attention to detail that made it feel really special. Breakfast was fantastic! Thankyou - we’d love to come back . Windfalls Boutique hotel When we arrived we found ample parking next to the house entrance it is safe and secure we were met by the lovely owner and the entrance was so beautiful immaculately presented with exquisite taste and decor Our room “Lotus room” was so beautiful the design and the furniture was quality materials with luxury bedding and towels the room was quiet and so comfortable with beautiful additions like iced water and unique herbal teas something different than the usual teas in chain hotels The bed was so so comfortable at times I felt I was lying on a marshmallow so soft and luxurious The only sad thing was for us was our early start so we didn’t get to sample the breakfast but with that said I have no doubt it would be as fantastic as the hotel and the luxuries with in it The host was so helpful and polite and what we didn’t know at the time you can leave your car at this hotel for a fee while you go on holiday it is far cheaper than the other parking locations and it’s actually looked after not just shoe horned into a small space in a field What a beautiful hotel, a fantastic lovely owner (thank you for a wonderful amazing stay) Will we stay again ABSOLUTELY why have I been paying a fortune for average hotels at Gatwick when only 2 miles away is this gem / jewel of a hotel and it’s only 10 minutes drive from the Gatwick airport Thank you for a wonderful stay and we shall see you again soon

Breakfast was extra, but a very nice selection with fresh made coffee; very accommodating. The hotel was more like a Bed and Breakfast and very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Besides our room, we could also use the living room provided. The owners live on site so very easy to make a request or get in touch with them. If needed, called a taxi as needed for us when we went out. Would definitely return to Windfalls Boutique. There is not much too do in Crawley but the surrounding towns are very nice to visit.

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst on a holiday break. We had a warm welcome from Margarite and Liam. The hotel is beautiful and so luxurious. Rooms so comfy as were the beds. The shower was amazing. We had breakfast on our last day. Private dining with a well cooked breakfast with lots of choice. Cannot praise this boutique hotel enough. Wonderful service all the way. A top class experience. I needed something close to Gatwick and I didn't want to stay in one of the standard hotel chains near the airport. This is boutique, its really a nice house that has been converted to a hotel, with a number of large on suite rooms. So don't expect a traditional big hotel. It has lovely comfortable beds, it is in a nice quiet location, the breakfast was amazing and the owner was friendly and helpful.

This is no reflection on the quality of the hotel but the location is quite hard to find. Google maps kept on sending our taxi driver in the wrong direction. If you book the hotel then get directions ahead of time.

Everything. The proprietors were extremely welcoming, friendly and made sure to accommodate. They booked us a car service to pick us up at the airport, a reservation at a restaurant, and a taxi to get to the airport (along with follow up calls to ensure the taxi’s timely arrival). The breakfast was excellent. The property was beautiful. We highly recommend Windfalls Boutique Hotel.

The bed was comfortable, the shower was the best of the five hotels we stayed in. The location was quiet.

The lighting to walk, as we don’t drive, was very bad coming up to the hotel. Not sure how much the owner can do about that, but the lights in the area and walking towards it in evening and the street leading to it, are not good or non existent and the traffic was busy. But the location was pretty so maybe that is the trade off.

We were looking for a private hotel with parking and this hotel was perfect. The grounds were immaculately kept and the hotel was just beautiful, with tasteful decor, comfortable beds, fully equipped rooms and a first class breakfast. Finally, the hosts offered a warm welcome and made us feel very grateful we had chosen to stay at this little gem!

Absolutely beautiful, I booked this for the night before my wedding. The owners were so welcoming and went above and beyond. I had a few demanding guests and they still tried their best to accommodate them.
