everything about this hotel was excellent. The location was good and only a couple of minutes walk to north acton underground station. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room service was excellent and again very helpful staff. The hotel resturaunt served very nice food at pretty much any time of day. Breakfast was the usual self serve, but again the cooked food was fresh and hot, and a good selection of cereals, breads, fruit etc was also available. Room was compact, but was adequate for our needs, again clean and fresh.

The week we stayed, it was very hot and appeared that the room air con either could not cope or was faulty. nothing that opening the window didn't fix............so no big deal.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. And a hefty bathroom door that you can't leave open.

Breakfast was lovely, had everything we wanted and more. I liked that there were take away cups as well. The only issue was I tried to book the breakfast when I checked in and was told to do it in the morning which caused confusion as they said we hadn’t booked breakfast and I had to explain what I was told. Then had to wait for a manager to come and book us in and take payment. Due to this we went out the second morning for breakfast.

As above and one of the lifts was broken so it was a long wait for the lift as it was full each time it came. Ended up using the stairs.

I wasn't able to stay on the original date booked due to illness and had to cancel on the day. I tried to re-book through Booking.com but was told there was no availability on my chosen date. I was also charged for the missed stay. I telephoned the hotel to apologise for cancelling at such short notice and explained my reasons. The person I spoke to, Tundi, was so kind and helpful. She agreed to contact Booking.com on my behalf to request a refund and she booked me in for the alternative chosen date. I was very relieved as the whole experience had been very stressful as my daughter and granddaughter had come a long way to stay at the hotel with me so that we could travel to London to see the Harry Potter play. It was a special occasion and had involved a lot of planning and cost. Speaking to someone so kind and understanding was just what I needed. Tundi was simply lovely. I wish more business people were as accommodating and flexible. The hotel itself was very good. It is very close to North Acton tube station for central London, it is modern, clean and very comfortable with pleasant rooms. There is a lovely reception area with a small cafe and comfortable armchair and sofa seating. The breakfast choice was exceptionally good and the price fair for a London hotel. There is also car parking at a cost of £18.00 per 24 hours, which is quite a lot but then, it's London and parking is hard to find. All the staff I had contact with were friendly, welcoming and helpful.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, being just a couple of minutes’ walk from the underground station, which offers quick and easy access to central London and other key attractions. Overall, my experience was highly positive, and I will definitely be booking again for future visits.

The hotel was so easy to find from the tube station, only a few minutes walk, so we found the location great. The hotel was so affordable! The rooms were a decent size. The breakfast was great and had a good selection of hot and cold options to choose from. Tried room service and the food was delicious and delivered quickly. Reception was fantastic to deal with and gave us a late checkout free of charge, which was amazing!

Our room was a little run down, but nothing major. Only one of the lifts wasn't working, which could be a pain at times.

We liked the breakfast and the different options they had. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The receptionist how received for the check in was sarcastic and unhelpful. The cards to open the doors (we booked two rooms) didn’t work properly, as the staff told us to keep away from the cellphone is not good considering all the time the cellphone and the cards are in the same bag. One day we keep one of the card away and still we had to go to the reception. The tv should be smart and have the option to watch Netflix or Youtube. The furniture should look like new, one chair and one bed were worn out.

Very nice hotel, nice room, spacious, good facilities, good bathroom and shower. Clean room Bar has good selection of drinks with very friendly staff behind the bar. Location was good for us and our plans in the area, close to tube station.

Key cards didnt work a number of times - frustrating to go all the way to room, back down to get card fixed and then back up. Didn't get breakfast as found it quite expensive. 2 single beds - very narrow, felt like i was going to fall off a number of times.

All the staff were so friendly and welcoming from arrival to departure. The hotel being a former Ultra Modern Ramada Encore is a good fit now with the Holiday Inn Brand and ethos. The place smelt so clean and welcoming. Every day they are cleaning it and even going so far as to shampoo the carpets. We ate at the Hotels restaurant, food was so tasty with good portions. Breakfast is also fantastic. fed back on our departure to a very kind lady at reception. Will certainly return again when in London.

The bed head was showing signs of wear and tear. Extraction system for the bathroom wasn't working so only air coming in through the air valve so got steamed up quickly. Toilet was crazed.

The staff were great, especially the guys at the front desk, Goksel and Muhammad Abbas, who went above and beyond, helping us out with parking and getting us checked in. The breakfast service had a decent selection of food. The bed rooms were decent, everything was clean. The location is brilliant, with a few shops close by and the underground station, within a 5 minute walk.

The rooms were fine overall, but they seemed a bit worn and could really benefit from some renovations.
