I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Express Yerevan. The food was delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect—just a short walk from Republic Square. A special thank you to the receptionists, Hayk and Tamara, for their outstanding service. They were extremely helpful in arranging an early check-in, a late check-out, and even storing my luggage after check-out. Their warm and professional attitude made my stay even better. Bravoo. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Yerevan!

The hotel was ideally located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore key attractions. We loved that Republic Square and the Cascades were just a 10–15-minute walk away. The area was also filled with great restaurants—perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing in Armenia. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Shant, the front office manager, warmly welcomed us and took the time to highlight key spots on the map. The rooms were cosy, the WiFi was complimentary, and the breakfast was both delicious and authentically Armenian. Overall, we had a fantastic stay.

I specifically booked an international chain hotel for my stay in Yerevan this time. I knew the weather will be hot and I need a good rest from the hassle of local ways of doing things. I really liked that the hotel was super quiet and the air conditioning worked perfectly without any noticeable noise. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is next to a nice small park.

The breakfast was quite limited and not too tasty, but again it was better than I have experienced in a local hotel. I try to eat gluten free so my experience does not necessarily apply to everyone. A minor detail I noticed - the hotel asked to hang towels on a rack for reuse but there was no towel rack in the bathroom, only a small one above the sink that was too low for bath towels. So the recommendation seemed odd. I hanged my towels on the shower door but they were always replaced.

During my stay, there was a charming Christmas Village set up just in front of the hotel, which added a magical holiday atmosphere. The area is also surrounded by plenty of restaurants, offering a variety of delicious options just a short walk away. My room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and wonderfully warm—an ideal retreat after a day of exploring the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Express Yerevan for its perfect combination of great location, excellent service, and comfortable accommodations. I can’t wait to return!

It's the second time I stay in this hotel and I was very happy with the choice. We had a very comfortable stay. The staff members (reception, bar staff, housekeeping) were very friendly. The room was tidy and clean. The location is exceptional - walking distance to cafes and restaurants, major attractions in the city center, supermarket and pharmacy. Overall, it was the perfect choice for a short stay in Yerevan, would definitely stay here again!

The walls are a bit thin and so you could hear the neighbors coming in and out of their rooms, opening windows, etc.

Clean and cozy Hotel, Great Location and I love the cheerful staff and manager. Helpful but not tooo friendly. Perfect. ☺️ I just hope we got early checkin for free as we are 2 Family staying 6days and 1 more staying 4days. ☺️

I think AC needs cleaning? its a smoke free bldg and im allergic to smoke/dust. or maybe Im just too sensitive. Hotel fragrance can be improved.. Its clean, its cozy, with super friendly staff, just add a little more fragrance and it will add a great impact. Breakfast can be improved. Even just a simple adding variety to daily sausage or change in daily soup. Bidet or water Spray in Toilet will be a great addition too!

The hotel has perfect location for walking around in the city center. Moreover, good cafes, restaurants and bars are just few steps away. Would definitely stay here again.

We had twin room, which was a little small considering the price we paid. Would recommend to reconsider pricing policy.

LILI helped us alot to make our booking and arrange it in the best way she was very patient and professional big thanks to her & sorry if we been disturbing she was profissional , honest ,pleasant & very cooperative ; The service is exceptional the manager goes out of his way to ensure you have a memorable experienc, amazing manager such a credit to the team he really goes out of his way to look after you! For the first time in a long time of visiting the hotel, a problem arose with paying by card from two banks in different countries. It was already about one in the morning and I was offered to pay in cash, unfortunately, I did not have drams and I was offered to go to the ATM. Fortunately, my booking on Booking was confirmed by card and the payment was debited. But the situation itself seemed absurd to me and it made an unpleasant impression.
