One of the best places I have stayed in. Super comfortable, and peaceful stay. Best location; close to city center, and many restaurants and transportation. Metro station is at 9 mins walk. Easy access to the airport. The area itself is very peaceful and there is free parking at the hotel and plenty of it around but paid

I returned to this place after 11 yrs as a tourist and found that they are still very good. However it didn't start well... Many people including myself had to wait for an hour or so to get the room. I reached there after 2 and got a room after more than an hour. This was a serious issue for someone who was already fatigued from long flight and had scheduled meetings which had to be missed courtesy of super late check-in. Reason being told that they are full and they are making it ready. The staff was respectful but not apologetic. I felt I paid double the price probably because of the event and high occupancy overall in the area. Buffet breakfast had very little options on the menu though the chef happily cooked any type and quantity of eggs you asked.

The hotel is fine for a short stay between flights, it is close (walking distance) to the Deira City Centre, many restaurants and bars, which was the main reason I've booked this hotel. Room was fine, it had all necessary stuff, including the dental kit in the bathroom.

TV was quite old with scratched screen, which reduced the quality of the picture. but it was working.

Some people say place is “old and needs reconstruction”. But Dubai and UAE are not just only Dubai Marina where you see skyscrapers. There is Old Dubai for example. Putting sci-fi designed building into the Older City would be inappropriate. So rooms have traditional for UAE style, they are clean and have no parasites and insects, climate-control with VERY fast conditioning and traditional 1980-arabic furniture. Toilet, bath - everything is fine, high-middle-end-branded. Personnel is very nice and helpful. You can get to the metro and airport in 15 minutes. Highly recommend this place. This was the best hotel I stayed ever in UAE. Very clean, very quite, and comfortable. Everything available in the room once entered such as water, tea, , sugar, kettle, soap, tooth brush, shoes wiping sponge, small Tailor kit... Etc. Such detailed care! Requested food from outside and they paid at reception and delivered to my room. Nice and supportive stuff. Gym and pool open from 8 am to 8 pm. No noise in rooms, very quite and also dark once you close the lights. No any light or wifi light interrupting sleep like other hotels. Thanks.

Gym is small, no cycling machine. Pool need upgrade: no pool heater, it was cold water in December. One under water light was not in place and floating with the cable extended. Pool is small: around 5meters width x 10 meters length. Depth is from 120 cm to 150 cm. There is pool kids also. Pool and gym shower facilities need care and upgrade. It is very old and defective.

1. Service and stuff was very good. 2. Location is near airport DXB. From Terminal 2 to the Hotel goes the bus C26. To Terminal 1 goes metro Red Line. 3. Near the Hotel, in 5 min walk, there is metro station Deira City Centre. 4. There is also a big grocery shop and many street cafes.

Very easily accessible, great location, friendly staff, quick check in and check out procedures. Very efficient and family friendly.

There was one small problem, but I didn’t mind so much, the room did smell like smoke which is supposed to be against the law, but I think I may have just been unlucky with the room. Like I said, I didn’t mind so it didn’t bother me, but I can see how others may see that as off putting. The wifi is also terrible, but I was there to sleep so I didn’t care for it too much

- Park Hotel was Exactly* what we needed, in between flights. - We had a clean room, nice bed, - and I swam in the pool (just big enough for a few strokes!) on the roof. - We both had nice massages. The staff helped us get our Iber sorted. This was greatly appreciated.

- no USB outlets. - Stale smoking smell in hallway, of years ago. - some old bathroom fixtures.

The staff at Al Jawhara Gardens Hotel were very kind, respectful and helpful and tried their very best to accommodate all of our requests. A special shout-out to Mr. Nishad who selflessly went above and beyond to help us with a situation. We’re truly grateful to him! Another shout-out to Mr. Waheed for his assistance. The facilities of the hotel such as the fitness room, sauna, steam room, pool and jacuzzi enhanced our stay. Overall, we had a pleasant time and absolutely enjoyed our stay. A huge thanks to all the staff and we will definitely come back! Would 100% recommend.

Good location to start exploring Dubai from , especially Deira,Golden Souk ..almost walkable to airport. Very good bed for sleeping. Caring staff. In room everything what you need incl. Bath tube,TV, fridge and so on. Swimming pool on the roof , gym,massage services, acai smoothie at reception. Not crowded hotel

Location is not far from Deira City Centre metro and Dubai Airport. It is quiet. Room is spacious, bedding and bathroom clean. Overall, great facilities and comfortable. Front desk are welcoming.

The first room I was given was at the back of the hotel and it was dark and smelled like mould. I think the mould/damp smell is coming from the ac unit. So I requested a change and now I have a room at the front side of the building. It is lighter, brighter and quiet. The room is spacious and I can open the window for fresh air. The bed is comfortable and bonus is that I am able to make myself a cup of tea and keep a little food in the small fridge. Overall, it has been a pleasant stay. Carpets are heavily stained and management really do need to update this. Otherwise, the room is perfect and value for money. Rooftop swimming, gym, sauna and steam room for those who wish to use it. Overall, I would rate this hotel 7 or 8 out of 10.
