From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check out later than 2pm with a discounted fee. One of the standout features of this hotel was its pet-friendly policy. As dog owners, we were thrilled to find a hotel that welcomed our furry friend. The breakfast buffet was a feast for the senses, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. The location of the hotel was also ideal, being right by the beach. We spent hours enjoying the sun, sand, and stunning views. The rooms were spacious, providing ample room for relaxation. The views of Ain Dubai and JBR were simply breathtaking. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Dubai and had an overall positive experience. The room was spacious and clean, the location was excellent—close to key attractions and easy to access—and the breakfast was generally good.

However, I believe the breakfast could be improved by offering more variety and expanding the available options to better cater to different tastes. Still, the service was friendly and the hotel offered good value. I would consider staying here again in the future. The pool was a nice addition, but I recommend adding more shaded areas or umbrellas to help guests enjoy it comfortably during the hotter parts of the day.

We had a truly exceptional stay at DoubleTree by Hilton in Dubai! From the very beginning, everything was smooth and comfortable. Our first room was bright and spacious, but I asked if we could move to a higher floor. The staff were incredibly accommodating—they changed our room free of charge and gave us a beautiful one on the 18th floor. On top of that, the new room included a kitchen and a washing machine, which were not part of our original booking. That was a very pleasant surprise! The staff was extremely polite and attentive. They took care of everything for us and made us feel genuinely welcomed. The location of the hotel is amazing—so convenient and beautiful that you don’t even feel like leaving the hotel. If you’ve been to Dubai before and don’t feel like going sightseeing again, this hotel offers everything you need for a perfect holiday. The sea is just nearby, and the pool is fantastic. Thank you to the entire team at DoubleTree by Hilton for making our family vacation so enjoyable. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to others!

Wonderful location near the beach, however when i was there pool was out of work. Anyway I am more sea fan, that's why it was not problem for me :) I liked breakfast and room was comfortable! Stuff was so polite. Probably I will visit again the same hotel :) greetings from Russia!

Everything was perfect.

We had a three-bedroom family sea view suite at the hotel, and everything was excellent. The staff were extremely professional and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional, especially like to thank Sanjaya, Monika & Faheem@kitchen for going above and beyond to help & took care of us during our stay – truly outstanding service! The kitchen staff were equally amazing – always helpful, attentive, and breakfast was delicious. The kitchen team deserves a huge appreciation for their delicious food and top-notch hospitality. My Whole family enjoyed hotel pools have to shout-out hospitality & lifeguard team were attentive & keeping everyone happy & safe. Highly recommend and would love to return! Huge apartment with toilet in every room-perfect for big crowd stay. Amazing beach. Staff extremely helpful and genuinely polite. Amazing view from window. Nice location. Good food. The swimming pool is under renovation and hotel informed us in advance. Even without pool with the beach like that we had an amazing stay!

Staff , location and size of facility

The A/C in the lobby was not sufficient. Customers repeatedly block the exit gate .

The room was very spacious, we had two double bedrooms, three bathrooms and a living and dining area, which was perfect for four ladies sharing. The hotel location was great for eating out and entertainment all on your doorstep.

The only let down was the charging facilities in the bedrooms. There were a distinct lack of plug sockets or usb ports with only one on one-side of the bedside table, which meant we had to make use of the plugs in the living rooms. Also it would be nice to have soft close cupboard doors in the bathrooms to prevent the loud sound of banging doors as they close.

The pool was under construction and at the second night we got a notice that the water will be not available at rooms for a few hours

The sèrvice and quality were initially slow and unattentive but got better with the all team being very good.

The half board was restrictive for choice and flexibility, as one of my twins was a big eater, and the other was not at all. However, the menu meant that i had to pay for additional dishes due to one of them not wanting anything from the kids' menu. Even though they only turned 13 years of age 2 months prior to our arrival.the hotel stated that they should be classed as adults, which led to a very heated argument. The upstairs restaurant is in competition with the Hilton, with a singer booked upstairs, with a singer playing downstairs when dining outside, which was a battle of sound and not pleasant.
