Loved it! We had a fantastic time. The staff is amazing. The breakfast buffet and dinner buffet are fantastic. The amazing staff member Indisham checked us in and upgraded us to the 2 bedroom penthouse which was just absolutely stunning and such a beautiful touch. A great relaxing way to end our 7 week trip with 2 kids.

There are no shops nearby to buy some drinks and snacks so you are basically forced to spend money at the hotel. And being Dubai it is quite expensive just to buy a drink at a bar. Otherwise everything was perfect

The location and the ofen buffet is amazing. Not a huge area but the rooms are larger than normal size.

It was surprising that they tried to charge for the water at the breakfast although everywhere else, including the rooms, it was free.

The hotel was very well located and easy to get from downtown Dubai. The facilities were comfortable and luxurious. The staff were very nice and supported us with our requests. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide offering of food.

For the amount of guests the hotel has, the beach area is extremely narrow. If you arrive at 9:30 to the beach, you’re already on the 6th row of sun beds. Additionally, there are beach clubs on each side of the hotels’ beach blasting music from 10 am to midnight. It’s not suitable for people looking to relax.

The location is awesome, very close to a bunch of clubs bars at the beach. There is an issue with getting to the palm, and having to drive all the way to the end of the “trunk” to u-turn back, but when heading into the city you are on the right side. Stunning views. Oh and Little Miss India is delicious! Definitely recommend having dinner there.

The hotel is feeling quite dated and soon will be needing a refurbishment.

Couple travelling with a young baby... facilitates and location were ideal...would recommend for families with young children

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean. House keeping staff were particularly dilligent in their duties. Restaurants were good. The Asian and Indian restaurants were outstanding. The food was of a very high standard. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay.

The outside facilities were very good. However the beach had very poor sand and on either side of the beach area were beach clubs who's music was played at such a high volume that it spoiled the quiet relaxation. Because of this we were forced to retire to the adult pool which was enjoyable but not as pleasant as spending time on the beach.

Fancy hotel with well trained staff who are attentive to the guests’ needs. The check-in experience was very pleasant as the manager came in person to greet us and even gave us a room upgrade. The rooms are comfortable, well designed and clean. The food by the pool’s snack and at the restaurant was tasty. I also liked that they would constantly provide us with bottles of water, even though we were not on an all-inclusive basis. We didn’t have to buy water during our stay.

The temperature of the adult pool was a bit too cold; I have been to hotels where the best pools have the ambient temperature. Also, we could not order food and put it on the room. We were told that a deposit needs to be placed first at the reception, which I found odd for a hotel of this caliber.

Spacious and comfortable rooms. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Lovely atmosphere and plenty of room everywhere. Would stay here again

All very positive. Visitors just always need to allow more time than expected to get anywhere in Dubai with the traffic.

The rooms lighting should be improved and some of the corridors look a little tired
