Everything was perfect

There was incident for my son the sharp edge of the door hitting his foot and the was assisted us by first aid Was spending 2 hours for the check in and they told me that my room is ready when want to check-in that room already given for someone The manager been reported about this miss communication and he upgrade my room Thank again

I have stayed at many hotels in Dubai, including Jumeriah Al Naseem, but Mandarine rooms are amazing, the staff are all very professional and well trained, club lounge is relaxing and fun, beach is clear and amazing, everything was super excellent with new advanced technology in the rooms and its located more on the private side of Jumeirah

The entire experience was memorable from start to finish. Each member of the hotel deserves a congratulation for their hospitality. When presented with the option for another MO stay we will not hesitate to book, thank you!

Beautiful property with excellent facilities.

No paper communication eg menus , hotel information. All had to be accessed online which in UAE is very expensive.

Everything was wonderful. The breakfast options are out of this world. The staff were great and friendly. They went out of their way to provide a comfortable and relaxing environment. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

There is really nothing that we didn't like. The only comment i could make is the amount of time it took us to check in and thats because we didn't have early check in option and we got to the hotel earlier than our check in time and had to wait three hours to get our room. However, they offer us drinks at their lobby while waiting. Also there was construction happening at the hotel which was noisy and I wish we were notified of the situation.

Loved everything! The room was decorated beautifully and the beds were very comfy. Pool area etc lovely and peaceful. Brunch at Tasca was amazing! Food at Netsu was great too. Would definitely recommend the club lounge access, the service was truly exceptional - some of the best we’ve had in Dubai (which is always high!). The food and drinks offered were really high quality and we loved it.

Our only (very minor!) niggle was that the table we were given at Netsu was in the smoky bar area upstairs (having booked it well in advance) but the restaurant did move us when we requested.

"I won't be exaggerating when I say it was the best hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. Everything... I mean everything... was very close to perfection for us. We didn't encounter a single hotel staff member who didn't show pleasure in serving us; in addition, they were very well-trained to serve with excellence. The room was magnificent, with an incredible view of the Burj Khalifa. Everything served at the restaurants was incredibly delicious... I highly recommend the French toast for breakfast. We are already planning our next visit."

First time in Mandarin, it's was really great. You've made our anniversary great with the Gifts and cakes for our whole stay. We really appreciated that. The staff was very kind with us. The room were big, with great view on the Beach and swimming pool, The shower was too good. The swiming pool was great and we had resfreshment all along the day. The adult pool on the higher level was quiet with an awesome view. The gym was high tech end open 24/7, I like that ! The Beach was really great and I had some nap under the sun while listenning to the waves. See you next time
