Location was not far from gold and spice souks. Good size room. The breakfast selection was very good. I especially found the front desk staff, I wish I asked her name, to be very courteous and helpful.

Clothing and towels feel damp because the room is humid if you are not in the room. The AC only operates with the key card. I realize this is an emergency efficient way but makes it difficult to keep clothes dry.

The location of the Hotel is good. It is located in the old part of town, close to the metro station. It is close to the market, shopping places and the old town. The pool located on the upper level offers a great view of the city! The staff is very kind and helpful. The Hotel has just opened.

There is construction next to the Hotel on weekdays, which can be somewhat disturbing for those staying at the Hotel during the day.

Apart from it being new, once you enter you are greeted with a warm welcome from concierge to front desk staff. Everyone making sure you are good and comfortable , that is really nice. Location is great 👍🏾 Oops 😬 Did I mention I was their first guest? 🤭 yes that’s me Like I mentioned to some of the staff members, Mercure Deira Dubai has started on a very good note and I really do hope that they maintain standard, even better move it higher. I am still waiting for my glass of bubbly as your first guest 😁 See you soon

everything was okay. I stayed with my family and 2 years old kid. it was pretty clean.

Great hotel with a great location, right next to the Gold Souk Metro Station. This allowed us to use taxi or the metro to get around Dubai. Muddhar and Daisy were very helpful from day 1, as we landed in Dubai at 2am. The breakfast included was amazing and was held at the Farmstead restaurant which is at the hotel. I asked and was told all is halal. The hotel also has a prayer room for men and women and entrance lobby area with cafe. There is a musjid about 5 mins walk from the hotel, great for praying daily salah and Jumua salah. There is also a small ladies area in the musjid on fridays. Finally the rooftop pool was amazing with free towels and a life guard on duty at all times.

This is a new location- Just one month old. Perfect for not in the city but city vibes. Deira is a good area in old dubai. Hotel is steps away from Gold Souk Metro station which made it perfect to catch the train into downtown.

I recently stayed at Mercure Dubai Deira and was thoroughly impressed! The prime location puts you right in the heart of historic Dubai, with the Gold Souk and metro station just minutes away. My room was stylishly furnished with plush bedding and a sparkling clean bathroom - perfect for unwinding after busy days of exploring. What really stood out was the exceptional service; the concierge helped me with recommendations and travel desk booked a last-minute dhow cruise and the restaurant staff remembered my coffee preference. The rooftop pool offers a peaceful escape with great skyline views. For a 3 - star hotel, the value is outstanding - I'll definitely be returning on my next Dubai trip!

My stay at Mercure Dubai Deira was absolutely fantastic! The vibrant neighborhood gave me a true taste of old Dubai, with spice souks and traditional abras just a short walk away. I was impressed by the hotel's sleek design and the stunning city views from my room—especially at sunset. The staff were exceptionally attentive, offering great local tips that made my trip even better. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with both international and Middle Eastern options. It’s rare to find such comfort and style at such reasonable rates—highly recommended for an authentic Dubai experience!

I loved the friendly staff and clean environment and the great location right by the metro station. Thank you to Mehtab, Desi and Teresa the most for going the extra mile to ensure my comfort.

Amazing value for money. We were half board for 4 nights with 2 kids. We wouldn’t have got a night away in the UK for what we paid.

Only downside was the pool area. We have a 4 & 6 year old and the pool attendant casually asked how old they were and when I told him he wouldn’t let my young boy in the main pool even under my supervision. Quite pathetic really.
