Check in was smooth, we got in past midnight. Bit of a hiccup where the sofa cushions were haphazardly placed all over the hall, thankfully housekeeping was sent asap to rectify the situation. Breakfast was good, a fair spread of Middle Eastern and continental dishes, and the rotation was decent since we were there for 2 weeks. Housekeeping staff were really good, and polite. They did a lovely job doing up our room for my birthday and it was really appreciated so thank you to Husnain, Deepak, Jiten. WiFi was super good. Location is right in the heart of JBR, so walking down to the beach was just about 5 minutes, and plenty of restaurants all around. Will definitely keep them in mind for our next visit.

Room was fair, the hotel is showing its age so they definitely need to do a better job with paint and maintenance. We had an issue with a leaky ceiling in the second bathroom, which maintenance checked on right away.

Location was prime ,JBR Road and 2 min to sea and beach .Size of suit was great with 3 bathroom that was so clean . Concierge were so polite and friendly and supportive .

Breakfast was like normal hotel , not special ,expected to be more luxury breakfast

Somehow distant from metro station ( need to take first the tram to reach the metro) In order to reach the Dubai downtown, consider a 50-60 mins of metro trip.

The hotel, staff, and location were just great. The hotel is located in an area where you can enjoy many activities and make the most of your days and evenings. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Special thanks to our room keeper, Shamsu, who always put a smile on our faces whenever we returned to the room with his amazing towel design skills 😊 You are such a positive person, and we want to say a big THANK YOU to you. Almost nothing, everything was just great.

Location for the beach and Marina are excellent, with lots of pubs, restaurants, fast food in the location. 5 mins walk to the tram to take you to the metro if you want to go to the big Dubai Mall. The hotel has a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, which I used. Also a gym. We also had full board and meals times were good and long. All staff in the hotel were so nice and helpful. Breakfast 6.30-10.30 Lunch 1-4 Dinner 7-10.30 There is also an Indian restaurant in the hotel and a Starbucks type of coffee shop.

Swimming pool area wasn’t as big as could be, but due to the heat, staff said a lot more people were just staying at the pool rather than going to the beach. We went to the beach most days as just around the corner anyway. The weather was unbearably hot during our stay. Hotter than usual.

Hotel is very well located, 5 minutes walk to the beach just on ⁷The Walk, restaurants and everything you need just around the corner. We booked 1 bedroom apartement but were upgraded to double bedroom apartement with balcony wich is very large and has two bathrooms. Some of the equipement was little bit dated but funktional and everything was clean and tidy. Beds are comfortable. Towels and umbrella to the beach is extreamly usefull. Pool is ok and we appreciated playground for kids. Breakfast is good, every day was something new even though the basics remain the same. Thank you for perfect stay in your hotel.

Staff and facilities

Entrance to the hotel right under the overhead bridge corner. If you are not aware of Dubai, then make clear to public taxi that its Ramada JBR not any other Ramada in Dubai, some taxi driver play this to make more money.

I recently stayed at the Ramada Hotel with my two children, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was absolutely perfect everything was within walking distance, from delicious food spots and great coffee shops to the stunning beach. It made exploring the area so easy, especially with kids. The apartment itself was one of the nicest I’ve ever stayed in. It was incredibly spacious, spotless every day, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. What made our stay even more special was the amazing staff. They were beyond friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness and helpfulness made a huge difference in our trip. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free, comfortable, and family-friendly stay. Five stars all the way!

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very diverse – even during a longer stay, there were different options available each morning. The room was very clean. We had chosen not to have daily cleaning by placing a sign on the door, but allowed it every few days. The cleaning team was very kind and always checked if we perhaps wanted cleaning after all. Our room was on the 21st floor, and the views were absolutely amazing. The hotel's location was excellent – it was easy and convenient for us to get to the city center, the beach, the harbor, etc. The hotel pool area was a great place to relax and sunbathe. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

On the slightly less positive side – the pillow was personally a bit too high for me… Only later did we think that maybe we should have asked if they had a lower one available. 😄
