Everything. The breakfast is diverse The rooms are clean and spacious The hotel offers shuttle bus to JBR Beach, Mall of Emirates, IBN Battuta and Marina Mall multiple times a day and as well as to Dubai Mall next to Burj Khalifa at 10:30 and 15:00 plus return. This in itself is a valuable add on for any tourist. The service is great, they’re always there for you.

There’s nothing to don’t like about this hotel.

I stayed at Rove Dubai Marina for 10 days loved the staff so much I felt home!! I loved the location across the street there’s hairdresser for men and women supermarket, exchange money, bakery, laundry, sewing service, I had everything I needed next to me. Also breakfast was perfect so yummy, there’s free shuttle to the walk jbr, and to many malls, there’s place to work and have calls in silence, what else could I ask for! I am definitely going back when I go back to Dubai God’s will!!

The hotel is in a great location and guests can use the hotel shuttle to various locations around Dubai. The hotel is very high quality with all the extras in the description. Very clean and safe, it feels like home. The entire young staff is very friendly, they provide information that makes the stay easier, especially for those who are in Dubai for the first time. The breakfasts are perfect in excess both in terms of variety of taste and quality, and they are also enriched by the friendly staff members who like to chat with guests and exchange life experiences. Hawary (the best guy😉) and Rabah were especially friendly. thank you all again and I hope to meet you again soon. I wish the entire staff that their life visions come true.

The offer when booking the hotel in advance included a free airport taxi, which was supposed to be paid for by Booking.com. howewer on the day of arrival at the airport this was no longer available withouth explanation.

The service at Rove was superb, and the staff were incredibly approachable and helpful throughout our stay. Customer service is outstanding , the staff are always available to assist—whether it was giving us directions, answering questions about local activities, or simply ensuring we were comfortable. The hotel itself is lovely, but the exceptional service from staff lmade our stay even more special. Location is great: near Marina walk and great restaurants Room is very clean , great views of the Marina. Comfortable bed. Great shuttle service to the malls, metro and beach areas

Laundry is a little piricy

Although there was was a delay of 18 hours in resolving a room service issue (our toilet sink stopped working), our complaint resulted in swift resokuyion within minutes. Despite this ossue we rate it 10 out of 10 given the calue for money as well as the exceptional support by Nargis and Adiana who were at reception but were working so whole-heartedly that they tried their very best to keep the guests happy. Both of these ladies would come up to our room themselves for helping. For example, Nargis came herself with table salt and black pepper to our room when she got to know thst we needed it. In another instance I forgot my sound system in parking and Adiana herself came to deliver it safely to my room. Amazing ladies. Also Mr. Joe and Kamran from security were very helpful. To be honest, Rove Dubai Marina should fulfill the remaining few requirement to get registered as a 4-star hotel. They really deserve to be in the 4 star category. I have seen other 3 star hotels (e.g, Premier Inn etc) which are not even half as good as the mentioned staff of Rove, yet they fall in same category. E.g, they did not have bell boy but still helped us with the luggage, while Premier Inn had simply declined to help (they later sent a security staff lady who was mostly good for pushing the trolly). Marina Walk is just 3 to 4 minutes walk. Daily shuttle service is there to and from Marina Beach.

A small toilet sink issue was resolved after 18 hours despite commitments by night time reception staff. Only got resolved swiftly after formal complaint was lodged with management and Dubai Tourism Dept the next day. Nonetheless, the good service from Nargis, Adiana, Joe and Kamran helped us forget this part and we would still rate it a solid 10 out of 10. Restaurant The Daily is a bit too expensive though. Also, since we're from Pakistan so we are used to at least some greenery around hotels and touristic places. It would become more good if they increased greenery around this place..

Rich breakfast, good location

A friendly, comfortable place to stay. Even with the hot weather we had plenty to do within the hotel. Gym facilities are top notch, plenty of different types of spaces have been created to chill, work or play. The buffet breakfast is next level-youll find food from around the world and awesome coffee. Marina is close by, we made some great friends while having icecream by sunset then enjoyed the Ferris wheel light show. Free shuttle service to major shopping complexes , places of interest and entertainment is worth making the most of.and you can book extra tours like the dessert safari and BBQ in the foyer. But it's the staff who made our stay unforgettable!

It's not a cheap place to visit, but worth saving a bit extra for.

I had a great experience staying at Rove Hotel at Marina Dubai. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Dubai Marina, close to the promenade, restaurants, and public transport. Location of hotel is excellent

Breakfast is well served and staff is very quick refilling the options. The nicest thing is the option to order a pre-made menu with options with eggs, avocado or waffle and pancakes. Location is right there in Marina, where it starts so can walk from end to end. It is a must for families with kids, once the M2 floor has table tennis, PS5, and other things, not even said the nice swim pool. I also liked the two high-tech cabins for meetings, so I could attend some meeting while I see my son playing.
