what not to like? Everything was very beautiful. All the staff were nice and friendly, calm and relaxing place, and very clean. We tried all the restaurants and they all were delicious with professional service and amazing decor. Also, we were impressed how the staff was helpful in our situation when I forgot my wedding ring in the room and headed to the airport. I was able to get back the ring at the very last minute before the airplane takes off. Thank you everyone, thank you Mr.Mossad Mohamed🙏🏼

we did not like that we had to leave the resort on the last day

From the moment we stepped into the cool, fragrant lobby of the Taj Exotica, the outside world seemed to disappear. The building itself is breathtaking, with graceful architecture and interiors that blend elegance and comfort in perfect harmony. Our room was spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated, with every detail considered — from the soft linens to the view that took our breath away each morning. However, what truly makes this hotel exceptional is not the marble floors or the ocean sunsets. It is the people. Every single person we met treated us not like customers but like honoured guests in their own home. Diksha, Joseph, Ayub, Shubham, Ananya, Pranshant, and Pallavi each brought their own warmth and professionalism, remembering our names, anticipating our needs, and making every interaction feel personal. On the beach, the attendants ensured our sun loungers were perfectly positioned, our towels were fresh, and cool drinks were never far from reach. Housekeeping kept our room pristine as if it were being prepared for a first arrival every single day. The chefs created meals that were as beautiful as they were delicious, and the waiters served with grace, timing, and a genuine smile that made every breakfast, lunch, and dinner feel special. Whether we were enjoying a quiet evening or a busy morning, their attention to detail and desire to please were always there. What impressed us most was how tirelessly everyone worked, often behind the scenes, to make sure our stay was perfect. It felt as though our comfort and happiness were not just part of their job but a genuine source of pride. The Taj Exotica is not simply a luxury hotel. It is a place where beauty meets kindness, where service is not just delivered but felt, and where you leave not just rested but truly cared for. We will treasure these memories — and we cannot wait to return.

I liked room service and floor staff, all requests are handled quickly. Anything you require they will provide immediately. During checkin they upgrade the room and give us complementary coffee while preparing room. Dislike : I had breakfast at Palm Kitchen Restaurant and would like to share a gentle suggestion regarding hygiene practices. I noticed that staff were clearing used plates with bare hands and then serving food (which is requesting by guest ) without washing or sanitizing hands. They were also wrapping cutlery in napkins and touching the eating side of the utensils. It would be great if the management could look into improving these practices to enhance the overall dining experience.

The bedroom was clean, spacious, with a balcony. There was a kids’ club during December festive season. There was music at the pool. The bed was the most comfy beds ever. The breakfast was full with all different foods. Dinner was great. The pool restaurant was great but can have more variety

when you arrive too early there is not placed to stay or even make tea, or even change. They should make the spa / gym area available for early arrivals to shower etc.

Out of the 3 day stay, the 1st day there was a very bad drain smell coming from the toilet and one of the drian cover was leaking water. The staff couldn’t accommodate us in a new room as the hotel was fully booked but helped us out for the remaining 2 days of our stay

I loved everything, literally, everything. The room, the beds, the breakfast, the lobby, the necklace they gifted us on check in was soooo sweet. I loved the pool, the beach, their service, the staff, the food. I lovvvvved this hotel. Excellent job everyone there. I would definitely want to come back again.

For the sake of being honest with whoever going to read this review, the only thing that was a bit disturbing is the far location, but like going anywhere in Dubai, it's always far and traffic

Beautiful hotel with lovely amenities, comfortable beds.

Few things why I would not return here, situated on far east side of the palm, nothing around the hotel (minimart, nails, dry cleaners) I know the hotel offers this but obviously 10x more expensive. Around the pool during the day the staff are very few and hard to get someone’s attention for drinks, food etc. Buffet breakfast is 5/10, the Indian section is quite sad and same lentil stew everyday, if your going to offer Indian food make it stand out. Few other families in the hotel agreed, your paying 5 star prices for room service, food at the pool bar etc and it’s below average, frozen chicken nuggets and dry pizza with no flavour. Next time will return to JW Marriott the food and hotel can’t be beaten.

In short it’s just an exceptionally great hotel from the moment you arrive the valet parking , no standing around waiting to check in you’re seated in comfortable seating greeted with a lovely cool refreshing drink , and gifted a seashell necklace which is a nice touch . Everything is taken care for You and your family. The pool is magnificent , it’s huge ,plenty of sun beds & the staff can’t do enough for you . Buckets of ice with bottles of water supplied from the pool staff . Cold towels The breakfast, lunch & dinner is as good a food you’ll eat . It’s cooking to a very very high standard We will 100% be back I’ve stayed at a few of the palms other hotel’s ( Atlantis,raffles, Hilton ) all fantastic also BUT the Taj imo is on another level . Many , many thanks for your outstanding customer care and amazing hotel

Absolutely nothing Couldn’t find fault

Rooms are spacious and nice decorations Room is super clean They distribute ice lollies on beach Staff giving you towels and cold water bottles when arriving at pool/Beach Food was delicious (ordered pizza and salad on the beach, open buffet food tasted good) Tried the spa (couples massage) was great. Had the jacuzzi for 30 mins with a fruit platter and fresh juice. When you arrive you get a shell necklace which was cute and after the massage you get a beads necklace as well.

No couples pool- only 1 pool Open buffet for dinner has limited choices We were told there was an offer for the open buffet dinner, so we had dinner. When signing the billl, we were surprised to not find the discounted amount. During checkout told the staff and it was a back and forth conversation to get the discount. We were told we had to come to the reception first and then head to the restaurant to get the discount. No I am on vacation and should not have to head to the reception first, zero convince. Also when checking out and paying by card, the employee snatched the card out of my hand to tap, I hate that. Ask me first if you can take the card out of my hand. Overall, feel like my stay was not value for money compared to other 5 star hotels, especially that there is only 1 pool.

Stunning area and the location although out of everywhere was a big problem as well. Treated very well and customer service was impeccable. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had as well

WiFi barely worked if at all in the property but worked everywhere else. Location is good and bad the bad being it’s a bit far from everywhere else in Dubai
