Clean. Lovely landlady. Near the lakes. Comfortable bed. Tea/coffee making. Fan in room.

No tv needs a radio. Needs bedside cabinet as little table not convenient to put kettle on as no plug socket near drawers. Also a lamp would be nice as putting big lights on disturbed partner. Road and pub can be noisy.

We loved the bed. The view from our bedroom. the host was wonderful and very welcoming even after her surgery a few days prior. She was very helpful with anything we asked :). we didn't have to travel far for racing and there was plenty to go and do.

The water temperature for the bath was only around 28 degrees so had to use a jug from the sink to top up the bath so it was warm enough for baby.

Great stay, room had all I needed. Bed was comfy, shower great, size of room fine for solo traveller, really good value for the area. I will stay again when working nearby, Slept well each night Christina pointed out all places to eat , a few within a mile , plus a pub with Indian food about 40 yards away

Great location for commuting, with lovely green space nearby! I enjoyed walking round Leybourne lakes in the evening. Christine was friendly and accommodating, and the communication was great. Lots of privacy and a lovely room and shared bathroom.

There was some noise from the road outside but not too bad with the window shut.

Our host was very accommodating, friendly and informative about the local area. The breakfast was incredible, we had everything we wanted and more(continental breakfast followed by a very full English). All the rooms were tastefully decorated and were very comfortable. Highly recommend!!

Busy road but host advised us before booking.

It was clean, had parking and internet service. The host, Christina was very accommodating and interactive, but not overly so.

It could use a lounge. Some of the room were equipped with sofas so they would have a place to relax other than the kitchen table. It was fine. It just would have been nice to relax elsewhere.

It's on a very busy road so the traffic woke me up quite early in the mornings. Can't be helped, but perhaps bring earplugs if you need a good sleep!

Close to the rail station. Very friendly and helpful host. The room is well set out and comfortable.

The shower floor was very slippery. There is also a narrow, winding staircase, which would be difficult to get a suitcase up.

The property was very clean, comfortable and a good size. The landlady was friendly and let me in even though I was later than expected.

The shower was cold on first morning. However the landlady did correct this quickly

Christina was very friendly, very accommodating, but also was happy once introduced to just leave me to the space to settle and enjoy. Very helpful about amenities in the house or local attractions, house was very clean and although I didn't stay for breakfast it smelled lovely
