It was a very cozy room, the location was really nice just a stone throw from the beach. This apartment i rented is good for 1-4 people and you have a basic fridge and other things like a microwave and toaster + coffee/tea. There is a mini store right nearby and alot of nice small resturants in the area as well as a few pubs. Robertos communication pror to arriving and clarifications was top notch... keep it up!

My biggest issue is the GPS sent me to the wrong place at first ( Further up the street away from the coast ) so make sure you enter the whole address to get to the right place. Since the hotel is at the inside of some buildings... going back to your room at night feels a bit... scetchy at times ( better lighting could fix that ). The reception of most channels on the TV was... not perfect... and you had to switch back and forth to get the picture to show again ( Brittish issues i'm guessing? >.< )

Lovely little studio accommodation. I was lucky enough to get an upgrade, thanks Roberto. The studio was clean, comfortable and warm. Everything you need is here although there is no cooker which isn't a problem if your eating out or you can use the microwave. Really wish I'd booked longer. Absolutely loved my stay. 😊 Roberto messaged me clear instructions on how to find the studio which is tucked away in a very quiet location but literally a stones throw from the beach and the De La Warr pavilion. Check in and out was easy. Shopping is easy too with a Premier almost next door and an Iceland around the corner. I ate at the cafe Capri which does a great breakfast but there are plenty of cafés, restaurants and takeaways around.

I like the position close to shops and restaurants and the city center. The kitchen was well equipped with coffee, tea, and anything you need for a quick stay. Shampoo and shower gel were provided as some cleaning products. Roberto is very helpful and he goes above and beyond to help with directions but also to accommodate arrival and departure. Is very convenient for De La Warr Pavillion which is 5 min walk away. Marino's one of the best fish and chips in Bexhill is on the doorstep. There is a laundrette on the same road which is convenient if it's a long stay.

The bed/mattress was a bit soft and maybe a new mattress should be put in. However, the room is in a hallway and very silent no noises or any problems from the neighborhood.

Fantastic space right by the coast and even better for me as right close to the De La Warr Pavillion where I had trade show. Great host and really nice space to spend the evenings to relax. Definitely stay again

Comfort of the room and facilities that were provided. Full kitchen utensils available so can eat at home or locally. Some nice eateries nearby. The Italian restaurant was of a very high standard and very reasonably priced.

Cody little studio apartment tucked away in a secluded little mews, right in the heart of Bexhill. Very close to shops restaurants pubs and the De La Warr. It was clean and bright, contact with the host was good, very responsive. For a short stay in Bexhill for a solo traveller or couple, this place is recommended.

Wifi was patchy, as was the TV reception. Minor issues overall.

Absolutely superb! Far exceeded expectations. Roberto was super helpful when we were booking, and then trying to find the place (it was actually really easy). We used both the main room and the sofa bed. Both were really well presented - and the sofa bed was just as large and comfortable as a 'normal' bed. Really clean and well provided for. And the location is unbeatable!

It was raining when we were looking for the Mews and we started to despair about finding it. Roberto did send message an hour before we could enter giving most helpful directions and that message also contained the key box number. I would suggest that it would be more helpful if Roberto could send the location details perhaps early on day of arrival and then when the property is ready to be occupied send the key box number then.

Location was very close to the shops, beach and Del a Warr Pavilion so handy for what we needed. The property had all we needed for a one night stay..

Although we knew there was no parking at the property, we did find it a little difficult to find somewhere to park that didn't have parking restrictions or length of time you could stay parked there.

Fab clean pad with everything you’d need to self cater for a few days as long as you ok with microwave cooking that is. Recommended and would stay again.

Mattresses are a matter of personal preference but to my mind I think needs updating to improve firmness n comfort. That said I slept fine. Maybe add curtains or blackout blind as the sunlight beams in early with those privacy type blinds.

Great location for a concert at nearby DeLaWarr Pavillion. Apartment had just been cleaned and was spotless. Tea and coffee helpfully provided, with a good sized fridge and a microwave. Plenty of free parking overnight and easy to find 2 hour free parking spots in the general area in the daytime. Quirky seaside town with plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby. Took advantage of card giving 10% discount at local Italian restaurant. Huge array of vintage / charity shops.

Would have preferred slightly later check-out.
