The property was very clean & Tidy. Bed was comfortable, And very secured with its digital passcode to enter Main Entrance & the room. Staff were very kind, professional & helpful. I would recommend

Location; Due to the drunken people or boy racers with there loud cars (As it’s walking distance into town) —— There was no spoon for the coffee I wanted in the morning, and we had a couple of Damp Towels in the bathroom. —— Parking is really bad at the venue, But there’s loads of free parking next door from 6.pm till 8.am All in all, it’s a beautiful place to stay in yo

We have stayed here a few times , just for the night. Previously staff very friendly. Rooms have been basic but always clean. We paid £65 for the night, which is ok

As we entered reception there were three men , 1 behind the desk and two just sat there on their phone's. Non of them did anything wrong it just felt very uncomfortable. The guy behind the desk then asked me for photo ID and a £50 breakage deposit. This has never happened in the past. He was abrupt and not friendly at all. I had already paid for the room. In the past the rooms have been spotless, unfortunately this time wasn't. I always take the bedding off before I leave. There were stains all over the under protective sheet, the mattress was stained. Normally I would voice this but didn't feel I wanted too because of the greeting I received.

The room was massive!!! The bed was comfy. It had a hairdryer and iron and ironing board. There was tea/coffee available. The room was clean. The location was a 2 minute walk to the centre and had shops and cafes near by.

Staff on reception could have been a bit more friendly and the reception area needed cleaning.

The property is very neat and probably newly renovated, the carpets were very clean the bed comfortable with nice pillows

It was not stated anywhere that there will be no regular cleaning, I stayed for 7 days but the room not cleaned even once. The tea and coffee items provided are for entire stay, if you are staying for more than 2 days you need to make alternative arrangements

Modern newly reburbished hotel 10 min walk from city centre and station. Comfortable room with everything you need. Good shower Plenty of instant hot water. Comfortable bed. Slept well. Excellent double glazing so no noise from outside.

Door codes to main door and to room along with check in are all emailed to you. As I don't constantly look at my phone and often turn data off wasn't aware of this. However receptionist helped me so was not really a problem. I'm old school!!!!!!

Unclear on the booking, but a £50 security deposit is required on arrival. Paid by card and received back after 4 working days with no issues. Miss-alinged toilet seat in the room, usable but awkward. Room decoration sloppy, paint errors and marks at various points.

Newly refurbished property so everything was new, modern and clean. Easy to enter and exit at your own time using pin codes. Good location in the town centre. No food is not a problem as local outlets are close by. Very quiet.

The car parl is not quite finished, but not an issue for me. The whole area is being developed so a little bit like being in the middle of a building site, but will be very nice when finished.

Location, digital hotel where the guest receive a digital code prior to staying for both the entrance to the building and individual rooms. Very efficient. Clean with great facilities: iron, ironing board, hairdryer, kettle set, free parking close by between 18:00-08:00. Amazing Turkish restaurant below the hotel … didn’t eat in but the take away was lovely each night and very good price.

All amazing apart from one thing…. with this being a trip for working it could of been helpful to have another set of towels as there were 1 set of towels for a 3 nights 4 days stay (1 x hand towel and 1 bath towel).

The door buzzer rang 3 different times after midnight, The shower door (1000 slider was difficult to.get in as the access on that size is.minimal. They should have fitted a bi-fold.door.. Also the people that kept pressing the..door buzzer played foreign music until 5am. The room, the location and facilities were great even had a free.pass to a gym and swimming pool. (External building) I didn't get a.good.nights.sleep.due to.the.buzzer and the.music blaring until 5am. I would give the accommodation a other go. 👍

We had a small issue just after arriving, Zain the host was very quick to help us, he was charming and got us sorted straight away. The room was a lovely modern room, a good size with some great features such as a massive TV, really comfortable bed, and exceeded my expectations for the price. Everything was to hand with the normal tea/coffee facilities, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and complementary toiletries. The window was large letting in lots of natural light and the heating worked quickly making it really cosy in the evening. The location was perfect. We booked as we were attending an event at King gerorges Hall which was just across the road. Lots of other facilities close by including the leisure centre, cinema shopping centre and pubs all a very short walk. There is an amazing Turkish restaurant next door. Please eat here, the food was amazing and we talked about returning just for that! The check in and out was seemless as everything was done with electronic keypads, very impressed with our stay.
