We were so happy with our first stay with you ,your staff were helpful and accomodating . They impressed if we needed anything to let them know .The hotel was very clean and well maintained ,the beds were comfortable and it was quiet.

Location was excellent for where we wanted to go - easily found and very helpful staff - even though we booked very late and arrived at 1am - desk was manned and night watchman was very couteous and supportive Car parking was very good and room was immaculate with all comforts you would expect

The location of the hotel was perfect as I came for an event at the Cathedral which was literally around the corner. The hotel is literally minutes walk away from the town centre, railway and bus stations so you can get literally everywhere without the need for a car.

The car parking area could do with resurfacing as some of the surfaces are rather uneven. There was also not much information available about the food offerings, but there are plenty of nearby restaurants.

Hotel doesn't look much from outside. But inside exceeds all expectations. Staff were super helpful.

Lovely spacious room, modern luxurious shower and bathroom, everything worked well and I have a relaxing stay. Simple and welcoming check-in/ out.

The location for me was excellent, the reception team were brilliant and very attentive. The room was so nice, huge bed, so comfy, very clean, great bathroon, great hot drink selection, just very very nice, well done. Loved when i checked out i was greeted by my name, really nice touch.

Nothing, the only thing i would recommend is to have fans in rooms.
