I have read one or two negative comments, so let’s put the record straight. It’s not a luxury hotel with every amenity in house. It is however, a very friendly and comfortable hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. My partner had a seizure during our stay and the staff were very understanding of the situation. Before you criticize this establishment, look at how much they charge! I have stayed in rooms with triple the price but nowhere near as good. If you can find something wrong with their value for money, you are just showing yourself in a bad way 10/10

Needs more towels in room. Light needs to be outside room to help you see the code

I had the back of the hotel to myself. The shower was large, which is rare at this price range. The ensuite was a must have. The staff were so warm and welcoming, nothing was an issue. Amazing TV which I usually only find in £150 per night rooms. Truly don't get how they make it pay. Very close to town and everything around, but not noisy like in town hotels. I made a promise to return, if only to see the staff. Felt at ease, as free to come and go day or night. Expensive hotels lack that touch, as make you feel guilty coming in early hours.

At that price, what's not to like.

the reception was really welcoming and positive vibes, really nice location in the Centre 5 minutes walk from the train station. I was upgraded to a studio without even my request and that was the highlight of the night. thank you for your hospitality

the doors could be fitted better and the wifi signal should be more stronger on the last floor, otherwise a really good experience

The location is brilliant near the town centre, The room was nice size, bed was comfortable But for the money it's not bad, ideal if on a tight budget

Nit picking could be cleaner and fit and finish could be better. When checking make sure you have a photo id .. If not could be a problem .

no breakfast...quiet...hardly heard the other guests

trod on a nail/tack head in bathroom but didn't cut my foot...hope they knock it back it was an ouch moment! i didn't like i broke their teacup...so i never mentioned the nail

Needed a single room for the night for £40 I got a clean room and cozy bed , TV , Kettel Tea coffee hot chocolate and a few other bits. Wifi was FREE and it had Secure parking for my van, The staff was always happy to help I would defo stay again when I'm in blackburn

The gentleman who I assumed owens the hotel was really nice, helpful and very informative. Lovely man. Bes were comfy and for the price I don't have any complaints.

After reading all the bad reviews, I was skeptical at first but i good experience here. The receptionist was a nice and calm man. My room was cleaned and the bedsheets/towels were very neat. I slept comfortably well until 4am when the smoke alarm went off due to someone smoking in his room despite putting the warning that no smoking in the room. I hurriedly left my room and ran downstairs to the receptionist but I am happy that a member of staff was also in the same hotel who left her room and came to the receptionist too. She told me the cause of the alarm going off and then call someone immediately to come and deal with it. The man came and everything was resolved within 2 minutes. I went back to my room and had a good sleep again. The shower was very hot just what I wanted and the toilet was good. I am not a great eater in the morning so I appreciate the biscuits on my table and I ate all. Thank you and hope your staff enjoyed the treat I left on the table just to say Thank you 🥰😍

Everything was okay as per the price I paid so I am not expecting 5 star hotel treatment.
