The location was great but what really made it exceptional was the attentiveness of staff. I have motor neurone disease and a therefore very limited on what I can eat. Despite this they managed to provide me with delicious breakfast

Really very little I am extremely tall and the ceiling in my room was a little low but host was really aware of this and mentioned next time I stay he will give me a room with higher ceiling

I was pleasantly surprised to find yet another little gem of a B and B in Blackpool. Dean, my host was exceptionally helpful with local information about where one could go for a reasonably priced pint! The bedroom was of a reasonable size and any slight cramping when it came to storage space was offset by the size of the shower room- no bending over a sink half twisted to avoid a cabinet. The facilities- especially the shower -were a godsend. Ah the luxury of a power shower to revive oneself in the morning. Then lazing contently to watch the local news or even youtube on the large screen TV. The flexible breakfast time was ideal for my planned weekend of excursions. it allowed me some moments of quiet contemplation before heading to eat my agreed choice of food. A checkout time of 11am proved more than adequate for any last minute packing. All in all a very welcome break with plenty of rest. The location still central was away from all the late night noise that sometimes can keep one awake.

There was a little difficulty in closing my bedroom window to keep out the breeze. Perhaps the heating could have been on a little while longer to facilitate drying out the towels I was using

Myself and my sister could NOT find any faults what so ever! The host was so pleasant and his kindness was overwhelming. We felt like we was at home are having a sleepover at a friend's or with family. Highly recommended already thinking when to plan our next visit and so are our family members as a family room is also available. In all the years of time spent in Blackpool this is our favourite. 😁 Thankyou so much 🙂

Dean was an excellent host. So friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. He was managing solo during our stay, cooked us a lovely breakfast whilst still interacting at the table with enjoyable conversation.

The accommodation is tired and in need of updating, but Dean has plans to work on this.

Dean and paula were amazing hosts, made us feel right at home, kind and friendly as soon as we stepped foot in the door! Went above and beyond to make sure we were ok and very kindly purchased a fan for our room due to my son being autistic and having white noise to go to sleep! Breakfast was amazing, accommodates for all with a variety of cereals, yoghurts, fresh juice, hot cooked breakfast! Room was a little cosy but we didn’t mind! location was perfect, a 10 min walk away from the pier and town centre but far enough away not to be disturbed by night life! We can’t wait to come back again! Thankyou so much!

Things that i would suggest is having a bin in the room, having more plug sockets/an extension lead and having a tiny fridge to keep the milk in for our hot drinks, however it didn’t affect our stay one bit!

Fantastic breakfast, accommodating and friendly hosts with a warm welcome . Comfy hotel in a great location for Winter Gardens and Blackpool town centre.

The owners were friendly and very accommodating and very helpful. Great breakfast every morning. Very clean. Great location as only a 10 minute Walk to the attractions. Great place to stay and totally reccomend. We will stay there again.

Room and bed a little small as I’m 6’2”

Breakfast was excellent, host is very efficient at meeting guests needs especially children going out of his way to get extras.

Property was right in the centre and was a 5/10 minute walk to Coral Island. Breakfast was lovely and ready for our 9:30am time slot
